Could anybody tell me if they have Venus in sagittarius conjunct IC and what kind of personality would it produce.

Well, perhaps it indicates feeling at home with and having a real love for foreigners or different lands, and maybe traveling. Maybe on a deeper level, it could signify some kind of venusian-related bond with one of the parents. Maybe thay had something in common like sharing an artisitc hobby, mutual friends, etc.

Sorry, I don't have this, nor do I have anyone in mind with this particularly (although I know of sagi fourth housers, just not with venus on the IC in particular). But I was just trying to help and add some feedback.
