Topic: Does anyone know anything about Horary charts?

Hi there! I made a very sad attempt to learn some basic horary interpretation, but it left me hopelessly confused! lol Anyone want to take a stab at it? I also posted this over in the Soul Unions forum, so...no, you aren't seeing double! lolI am a woman and my question is about the man in my life. Specifically, I asked: What does he truly feel for me at this time? Thanks to anyone brave enough to make the attempt!!!

Moon - Gemini (2nd House)
Mercury - Sagittarius (9th House)
Venus - Aquarius (11th House)

HiI can help you a little with some basic reading.
But first, i would have some questions for you to determine whether the chart is valid or not (btw. in horary astrology they use regiomontanus system instead of placidus). So, since the Asc is in Leo with the Sun in Scorpio - i have to ask whether you have natally any important placement in this two signs (Asc,Sun, Moon or Sun/Pluto conjunct Asc or any other significant relation)becasue the Asc should discribe you. The other thing is, which i hope not too personal, but i must know, how serious your relationship is.
So is that a committed, long-term relationship (7th house) or at the moment its rather a love and enjoying each other based relationship (5th house).
Becasue it will determine which significator to use for your guy. thats for now

Hi there Girl L Boy! Thank you for taking a look. I'm not sure if I have the sort of aspects in my chart that you're talking about, so I've included it here. I don't have any planets or angles in Leo or Scorpio, but I have a t-square involving my pluto, sun and mars, so maybe that's the link? I also have a lot of pluto aspects, if that matters! lolAs for the other question...no! That's not too personal, especially since you are so kindly helping me out with this. I think the best way to describe it is a romantic relationship with hopes of a commitment. I hope that isn't too vague! Right now, our only real commitment to each other is that we talk almost everyday. Finally, I think I can change the house system on the chart, if that would be better. Like I said, I have no experience with these charts, so I probably shouldn't have even done one.  Thank you again!  IP: Logged |

OMG...I did it all wrong, so don't ask me! lol My VERY limited understanding of a horary chart is that you ask a question and draw a sort of "natal" chart for the date, time and place of the question. I read somewhere that you have to be very careful how you frame the question...for example, make sure you have a time element in the question, such as "Will I get married in the next year" as opposed to "Will I get married", because apparently you can only ask a question ONCE. Ok so I've pulled mine up. NO idea how to read the sucker :-P. Don't like the looks of it so far as far as answering my question to my liking so I may just choose to ignore it, hmmmmm..... Do we read them just like we would our own natal chart?IP: Logged |

Ok Purple here are my findings so far. I know I said I'm over this one dude who I'm done healing with my dam Chiron but my venus squares his Pluto and you know how that goes.....anyway....my anti vertex conjuncts his natal sun by one degree.....kinda strange huh? Oh btw, my dumb questions was if me and this guy are still going to be together next year...in a serious commitment that is. I know, I must be a sadomasochist of some sort as I seem to inflict my own suffering. ;-) IP: Logged |

Purple what's the sign and asc of your guy? Mine is an aqua/gem and me being a Leo, well, you know how that goes.The antivertex I believe is something on along the lines of a fated kinda thing where the outcome may not be so good or whatever. But I guess there's a lesson to be learned on that end or something or other... IP: Logged |
