My Asc 3.12 Tarus conjunct my venus 8.00

His MC 3.21 Tarus and his plu/vx midpoint 3.02 tarus

My sun/moon midpoint conjunct his verte 1 degree orb.

his sun/moon midpoint conjunct my pluto 2 degree orb.

my venus trine his pluto 1 degree orb.

karma sextile karma 1 degree orb

Question? I saw only a picture of him but went through transformation? how is it possible for me to work out of his chart
if it is his midpoint?
