like the zodiac sign that observes people quietly or watches people when that person is busy doing something.

Yep, it's an *absolute* that 1/12th of the people in the world (one zodiac Sun sign) for sure do this.....

Could it possibly be that any and *every* SUN SIGN does this depending on their mood??

I agree with Azalaksh, but... two signs that i've noticed that do the most observing is Aquarius and Virgo.

~ Zala as a card carrying member of the Generalizations Police,

This might be a lost cause.
Most of these *Sun Sign* threads get 40 replies.
So, Joed what's your answer to this question?? We are breathless with anticipation!

Member?!?!? Have you forgotten that we are High Commissioner and V.P. (what title was bestowed on thee, I've forgotten) ??
I have trouble with lost causes, Mme Node -- what horrible aspect in my chart do you think is responsible for this stubborn persistence in the face of Terminal Obtusity??

And this is why Sun Sign (or any other planet, really) generalizations fall short when attempting to label and box up other human beings.....
My father was a Sag Sun, Sag Moon. Most of the time he was quite reserved and very analytical, but other times he could be the clown and life-of-the-party..... I could never call him sneaky tho, in spite of that (**gasp**) Mercury in Scorpio

I have an article called
what astrology can and can not do
Do you think I can find it? Genetics, societal conditioning, upbringing....you know the one.
    Astrology is not absolutism.
Saying a *sun Sign* is *observing* or *sneaky* is plain rubbish.

From Bill Herbst: http://www.billherbst.com/

Human beings are not signs of the zodiac, and astrology neither reveals nor determines the quality of our consciousness. The expresson of our charts is largely a function of our maturity, rather than the other way around. Our species is chock full of human beings who are mired in seemingly permanent adolescence, no matter what their age or elevation in culture. In terms of spiritual development, you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink. Nonetheless, the water exists. We choose.

Zala!
Such fun banterings!
I love your replies and I am laughing!
Thank you!
And you too Node!
I personally detest being labeled what folks think of as being a textbook Scorpio!
And yes, Zala, I totally agree, it does have to do with maturity. I am not the same person in many ways that I was at 4, 12, 16, 25, 35, 45, and now to date 53 today. However even way back I did not have certain traits attributed to Scorpio.

You all are too funny. Personally, as a Scorp, I agree with you fayte. I'm sick of Scorps always getting the lame generalization that all of us are sneaky, people-watching, weirdos.

My Leo Moon would MUCH RATHER be watched

Azaleksh. I wasnt describing sun signs.. I was simply describing signs that could inhibit those characteristics.. perhaps your father was reserved and quiet.. you didnt mention his ascendant which could have been in either one of the two signs or a sign that could indicate what we were talking about.. now if you told me your father was sag sun sag moon and some combination with a fire ascendant, then you would have a good argument.

Cancers. I have a Leo sun with Mars in Cancer in the 12th. I was the youngest in an abusive family. I had no choice but to be that way to survive.
