Topic: Please help! new business partner or old one?

ok, so I am in the middle of changing partners and I am torn between doing it or not, I was wondering if someone was kind enough to take a look at these charts and tell me something the planets know that I don't know and I need to take in consideration.

This is my new(maybe) partner(female):
This is my old (maybe) partner(male):
Please feel free , if you want and have time, to give me some insights also as of what kind of people they are, I think the girl has an easier chart than he does, but then I have read here that it might not always be the case because those harder aspects can be use for better outcomes. Thank you! any help will be appreciated!
BTW, I do know what my heart is telling me, but I also would ike to see the black and white of this.

I will never learn on time to be able to read the charts....Is not like I haven't tried.

Hi NAM,If all of the birthdays are correct, I have to say I think you and the new business partner would work out better than the old partner. There appears to be a fresher energy, smoother temperaments and the focus is intense but a friendlier intensity. There is an electric sense of surprising reward energy as well. That’s what I see. She may need to pep you up from time to time, but I think she can do it, and not in an aggravating manner. Geocosmic Valentine ------------------

Yes, isn't that funny. BTW, thank you for taking a look, my heart tells me is time to move on, I just feel so bad for the guy.  Thank you, she does seem to have what I need, I am more people oriented and she is more organized.
