oh boy more cancer threads!!

i'm only halfway through that 26 page one. whew!

fayte, seeing stars, PLEASE tell me that not all late cancerians are ego-driven cheaters! i'm in a tiny bit of an impasse and can't tell if mine is doing the typical aloof withdrawing thingy or if he is really kinda being a jerk and i don't want to jump to conclusions! we are in a long distance thing and i cannot see his face for clues. i read that you had experiences with late july cancers being like this. well mine is 29 degrees of cancer, can't get any later! he also has venus and mercury in cancer, moon and rising gemini, mars leo. i'm kinda scared. any help solving this without confrontation would help. i'm kinda ****** at how he snarked on me when i woke him up when i called him this morning, but it could really be the cancer moodiness, and my having just read that bit kinda amplified my fear about there being more to it, right? i need an honest appraisal if possible! since he never wants to talk about his feelings or make plans (yet does say when i ask him that he really likes me and 'very likely' wants a future with me, etc). he does drink a bit and seems to puff out his chest around his buddies, but this is the first time he's been kinda rude to me.. and i just am not too sure how to handle it.

help!?!

Those are the same ones I posted to you.

As far as the late July ones as Seeing Stars 7.21 is, July 21st.(just like on his user name!)....he might be able to give you a better bead on them.
Like I said, my Cancerian experiences are a late June or ist. decan type.
You must also factor in all other aspects of the chart plus maturity and all.
Also how much is "drink" a bit? I ask because I knew two Cancerian men who drank them selves to death before age 30. These guys were not bums either.

hi fayte,

thank you! i agree and i obsess over his chart constantly. the thing is we have super duper synastry AND on top of it our chemistry matches it too. i mean, breathlessly perfectly in tune with one another, i mean.. it is just amazing. but i think that this is new to both of us and it is contrasted quite sharply with the life he has with others around him.. what it seems is that people sorta use him and are kind of rude to him and he has to act tough to get respect.. and it seemed like he tried to pull that on me which totally confused me cuz he has been SO utterly kind and considerate and wonderful up until now!

i will say that the mars leo and the gemini placements do worry me a touch in that they are potential wandering eye placements, or at least they seem like they have that potential. but like i said our synastry is devine and so is our actual chemistry and innate understanding of one another in person.. so it is just a bit confusing!

i just saw your edit..

as for the drinking.. he said that he used to think he had a problem at one point and he quit drinking then for a while, but this summer he seemed to kinda go to a lot of parties and drank a bit (again, it's long distance, so i am not entirely sure), but he HAS said that he will stop if he ever feels himself slipping and being that we both have alcoholism in our families, he seems to take it very seriously. i told him i would be very upset if he became one and it seemed to really make him more determined to reassure me. he even told me that when his roommate wanted him to go drinking a week or so ago he refused and made some comment about drinking being stupid.

so while that is not entirely reassuring, at least he is aware and seems to be taking it seriously. i think he probably drinks every other weekend maybe?

well, the basics are, we met in august of 2006 and i fell for him instantly. he had a girlfriend (i didn't know) and i was still getting over my ex.. we only talked a couple times briefly (he worked in a store i went to every couple of months). we finally started talking a couple of months ago (he and his ex broke up in may). we've spent at least 20 hours a week chatting on msn and a month ago he came and we spent two days (and nights) together and it was the most profound soul stirring familiar beautiful experience of my life and he also felt the same way (said it, and i could feel it also; i'm a lot of pisces, some scorpio and 4th house moon!).. but he is more aloof and held back on the phone, so slowly over this last month, worry has been trickling in..

we are both in our 20s, but i'm older (i could email you details but i don't want to post here).
