Carrie: Libra - always thinking about relationships (usually physical), sometimes over analyzing them, she can't make a decision, she loves the fashionable and always adorns herself- especially with those shoes, usually passive when it comes to her serious relationships- she had always make decisions around what her boyfriend wanted to do i.e. got engaged to Aidan even though she wasn't ready, moved to France with Russian guy, etc etc

Miranda: Capricorn. No one can really deny that she's a Capricorn. Work-oriented, feisty lawyer. She's straight-forward and honest about her opinions - sometimes a bit blunt. She the opposite of Charlotte: when she was pregnant, she wasn't as absolutely ecstatic because the baby would interfere with work and more importantly her single life, and while planning her wedding she kept it low key and I think I'll remember this joke forever:

Miranda Hobbes: [shopping for a wedding dress] I said, "no white, no ivory, no nothing that says 'virgin.'" I have a child. The jig is up.

Samantha: Aries for sure. My friends always make this joke about me so I'll use this with Samantha: she's a gay man with a vagina. She's assertive, sure of herself, and the most *ahem* "active" of the four women. Most often, she's the one on the hunt. She's presumably good at her public relations job, which is a very, very competitive field. She doesn't fall in love often but she still has passionate feelings. She also is mostly unaware of how she projects herself at times which is a very Aries trait- she just moves with what her inner passion leads her to do.

Charlotte: Cancer. The woman was always thinking about marriage and children. She had a certain way that she wanted things. She planned her wedding, what her husband should be like. Do you guys remember when the magazine came to do a photoshoot of her home? That's a Cancer woman's dream! Also, she was a bit modest about sex in public but she was always assertive (not like Samantha but in her own womanly way) with her desire to make love with her lover. And later the main purpose that surrounded her sex life was to make a baby.

Steve: Cancer. He's sweet and the total opposite of Miranda. I'm also basing this off of his testicular cancer episode. I read somewhere that Cancer tends to be very "fruitful" or that more often, as strange as it is, there is something wrong with their reproductive system that either makes it difficult to have kids or impossible to have kids. (Kind of like Melanie Hamilton in Gone with the Wind - she was catagorized as a Cancer by an astrologer I can't remember. She had difficulty giving birth and died when pregnant with her second child. My mother is a Cancer and she almost died giving birth to me). Steve had one of his testes removed so... I'm not sure. Also, Scorpio rules the reproductive system not Cancer. But overall, he's just so sweet and I suppose the word would be homey- comfortable and somewhat maternal. He's also a good Dad and is very affectionate with his son.

i'm totally getting that scorpio vibe from chris noth. i was never that attracted to him though. actually, i've never really seen sarah jessica parker as that attractive either. she has her moments though.

are they still making the movie?

Carrie - definitely one of the air signs, either Gemini or Libra.

She gets on my nerves a lot, too. I don't like how she dresses a lot of the time, either. Remember when she wore her engagement ring around her neck? I just saw that on a rerun and it really bothered me! I don't know how aiden didn't freak...I know I would've. It was so rude! She acted like it was a class ring, which I guess was the point, but if I were the guy, I'd be mad.

Aiden: Taurus
He's stable, earthy, and easy going.

Burger: Cancer
He was touchy, insecure, and traditional.

Miranda: Cappy
But the aqua description from someone here makes sense too.

Steve: I have no idea.

Samantha: IS an aries!!!
Blunt, a bit selfish, fiery, and very sexual like a man.

Mr Big: Tough one. I never thought of scorpio for him, but I can see it after people explained why they thought that.

Thing is, he isn't very quiet, nor is he brooding.
