Is it true when we say that all transits involving Big Planest making transit to Smaller one, have major impact at the "end" of this transits, especially if they go direct and retrograde some months over one planet?

For example...I had last year and a half Neptune conjucting Venus.
Yep, illusion and fog over my eyes, but this transit also brings somebody in "life"...after that transit this illusion falls apart or we found ourselfs that we won Jackpot.
In this period I am not having any relationship, so I can't experience "Fog lifting". Is it possible that this person will still arrive this next 2 months?

Another transit...Uranus square AC....hmm, sudden changes, sudden arrivial of persons and their going away...I experienced that last year and a half. This transit still is active next 2-3 months, especially now when it turns right at deegrees where is my AC.
So...will this brings also somebody at his last turn?

And last thing...I have something strange in June 2008, transiting Chiron and North Node conjucting my Natal Venus in Aquarius at 19:26. It brings marriage?! If that is true, how can I start anything now with Mars retrograde in 7th house, and with Neptune and Uranus, can that be possible? In same time Jupiter conjucting Mercury. I have Gemini in 7th house.

I will appriciate any insight and all possible explanations regarding this matters.
