has anyone heard of this term? mars has been out of bounds in cancer...i heard about it at an astrology meeting, and found it interesting but not much info on it.

All I've heard about OOB planets is that it means the planet will have increased significance for the person in the natal.

I think it's something like the person has fewer boundaries or limits in relationship to the planetary energies. Obviously, this can be a good thing or a not-so-good thing, depending on aspects and what sign and house position are involved.

What it might shave to do with transits...I suppose the same thing, but applied to the general population...?
