Topic: UBER loyalty or loyalty on Steroids

have you ever read one of those books or watched a TV program were........how should I say....well the main male love lead seems to demonstrate an almost unhuman amount of loyalty for his love, nearly bordering on masochism....nearly...for example:
either feeling or saying "I would/will follow you into hell" ect. ect.
or staying by her side no matter what even if he knows he is being used by her...
I mean a selfless love or loyalty that is not retracted no matter what, truly unconditional I'm not strictly speaking of romantic love hear its just an example at first thought my mind went to scorpio but as deeply loyal as they are, they have a reputation for spite if you cross them, weither you did so or they just think you did
soooo I came up with a pisces and taurus combo, now I'm speaking of the quality of "uber loyalty" not said personaily itself
so what do you think? I've never actually seen this in a real live person before so I'm thinking its kind of rare....at least not common.
what do you think would trigger this in a chart, I myself can only seem to think of the general consept of pisces/taurus........ IP: Logged |

taurus is the most loyal, hands down. theyre intense as scorpios but more sane and stable..oh and tolerable.IP: Logged |

I had this once - he was a libra sun, sag moon, scorpio venus - I don't know his AC. He was sweet. The nicest guy I ever knew. Interestingly enough, I dated another man with the same exact placements I mentioned above. He was the same to an extent, except he wasn't as selfless, and he didn't have the purest motives. Also, he was a lunatic - bad temper, but the first one I metntioned (who came to mind because he so embodied what you're asking) wasn't at all the angry type. The second guy was anger personified.
So, I think there's definately more to it than astrology, because guy number two had an abusive mother.

I think everyone is capable of that.. it depends on their connection to the party involved.. I think it may involve some chiron connections, venus-pluto, saturn bonds and someone who is idealistic and sees the good side of things. In fact I see cynics and idealists as the same thing (cynics being negative idealists who still hang on to things).p/s: I understand that lib sun/sag moon thing! IP: Logged |

I think everyone feels this way at some point or with certain people (even if it's only your mum or your best friend). If you are very close to someone and you care about them a lot (romantically or otherwise) you'd rather something happen to you than them.. and it's normal to feel protective.But as a general trait of being protective of your SO and proclaiming it in dramatic ways - I'd say Scorpio and Aries do this very often. I don't agree on Pisces/Taurus mix (I know a couple).. They seem a bit too dreamy, laid back and tired - to follow anyone into hell. IP: Logged |
