Any aspect between Mars and Saturn, even the stressful ones. It's probably better to have the stressful ones. Saturn puts a control factor on Mars so you've got controlled actions.

With Mars-Saturn aspects I've had clients who are mountain climbers, surgeons, sculptures, iron forgers, etc. Think of Harry Houdini, he had incredible control with small tools. He had a Mars-Saturn aspect.

Of course, that's not all you need to be a surgeon, but it's the skilled precision and focus of action.
