Moon in the 10th can represent the mother. Depending on the aspects, the mother would be a very important part in his life, and would influence his views towards women. Depending on the aspects, moon in the 10th shows a mum who may have pushed him / will be pushing him towards success. Mum has capricorn/ Sag traits.
