I went to the library here and they don't have a lot and what they do have is old. I checked out Linda Goodman Sun Signs and The Astrology of Personality. I already knew most of the sun sign stuff but the other book goes into a LOT of things I don't need to know. I feel like I am asking how to boil water and being given advanced physics. I'm a Leo. I don't need all that extraneous detail. I just want to be able to do charts and feel confident. Can anybody recommend something that cuts to the chase without taking me exhaustively back to the dawn of time?lol

I don't agree with the title by a long shot, but it is a comprehensive beginner's guide and a nice second step after being introduced to Linda.
