Hi,

kind of new here (actually more of a lurker)..
does anybody here specialise or at least have experience in locating lost items via horary? Or if you like, you could practice on this..
http://www.astro.com/cgi/chart.cgi?cid=s3nfileJ2URop-u1101879626&lang=e&gm=a1&nhor=13&nho2=1&btyp=2&mth=gw&sday=25&smon=1&syr=2008&hsy=5&zod=&orbp=&rs=0&add=18&ast=

Basically I lost the item between 22nd Jan evening till about 23rd Jan morning (in the timezone of GMT +8. So I drew up a chart on 24th Jan.

<Keep in mind I have never really done horary before, have read very little in the past, so yeah..)

Right, the only places I can guess is my workplace, the bus I took on 22nd Jan, the cab I took on 23rd Jan, or home. Didn't go anywhere else... The chart was generated at home yesterday.

Asc in Virgo (work?), and Mercury, asc-ruler, plus POF in 6th house(workplace?).. sounds odd for the missing item, which is a card, but actually the item does grant me access to my workplace, so yeah. Also, my work is military (National service actually, servitude, another aspect of the Virgo 6th house fun)

As for 2nd house ruler, Venus, it's in the 4th house. So that makes it sound like it is at home..

With a lack of stuff in the 3rd house, argues against the item having been lost on the bus or cab. However, Mercury being Asc ruler might indicate that.

Hmm, with Asc ruler being in the 6th house, which is cadent, might just make this horrid for me.. it certainly has eluded me for longer than what i would like.. well, at least it isn't the 12th house...

Up to now, I have not found it. Searched all areas. Nothing. Perhaps it is lost forever? well, at least mercury is approaching POF in 4 degrees or so, so maybe i might recover it in 4 days.. or weeks.

Meh, whatever the case, hope you guys and gals can help. Have fun analysing it.

Gotta run.. Thanks..

I'll confess that I am still really struggling to learn horary astro, so I will suggest this place, which has a lost object finder based on numerology:

There is an excellent page on this:
http://www.skyscript.co.uk/wit.html

Using her rules I suggest -> check your pockets at home, if you have changed coats. If you have changed bags check that out. If you have put either in a cupboard or on the floor have a look about and see if it the pass has fallen out and is hiding in the corner, etc.

BUT

I am generally quite rubbish at Horary.

oh my goodness, just find it without using Horary! BTW I didnt mean to write that in a rude manner but Horary is seriously Advanced trigonometry 4.0. Not worth it imo. Stick to Natal Astrology
