I am not sure if people with interchanged signs look alike or people with same signs for that matter.Winona Ryder and I were born on the same day..The Ascendant,Midheaven are sign placement that's different. She has Sagittarius Ascendant,and I have Jupiter square Ascendant Ascendant. she's white,and I am part black.
Sharon Stone has Sun in Pisces and Moon in Scorpio,and I definitely look nothing like her. Elizabeth Taylor has Sun in Pisces and Moon in Scorpio too,and I look nothing like her. Our Suns and Moons are interchanged.
Michael Jackson has Virgo Sun and Moon in Pisces, and he looks nothing like me. he's much darker than me...well..was much darker than me. Now he's much lighter than me. HAHAHHAHA!
My girlfriend has Pisces Ascendant and Moon in Scorpio, and she looks nothing like me with her very fair complexion,blonde hair,and blue eyes.
I think people who have different ethnicities will not look alike

I always thought a good friend of mine looked a lot like Amanda Bynes..even when I saw Amanda on Jay Leno or something, she acted/talked a lot like my friend. But there are no similarities in their personal planets! They must have the same rising. Amanda Bynes:
Aries sun
Aquarius moon
My friend Stephanie:
Capricorn sun
Capricorn moon

But will everyone say - yeah, wow, he looks like Peter Sellers? They might not - shave the kid's hair off even less so.Presuming so and working from that to astrological placements could cause errors.
