My best friend is Virgo (I think it's because her Libra Moon and Asc), and right now she is working for a Sag. I met this guy, and I think he has some typical Sag in him, but probably with Taurus influences (he likes to be surrounded with expensive stuff, and he's the one who owns this firm). So I asked her do they understand each other (because I had a feeling they do, she works hard and to his expectations, but she knows to be very stubborn, she thinks she's always right and can provoke a fight). Anyway, she told me that he know to be a very hard person to deal with, as same as me. I just laughed.
I guess that we Sags can be sometimes very annoying, in a way that we don't accept other people's view on things when we got the feeling that the whole idea is how we perceive it... But with a little patience, and good arguments you can win us or you can make us think a while.
Just take a positive attitudes, and let him learn his own lessons, because he will. You as a Virgo can be a great help to guide him with practical suggestions that he is lacking off.
I'm sore that you'll get along great then.

Evolved people of any sign are compassion and kind and hold reign over their anger and impulses.

Saggies are very broad minded, accepting, interested in other cultures. They aren't just tolerant, which implies putting up with something, but accepting and welcoming and loving. An evolved sag is gregarious and tries to connect with as many people as possible, and usually has a great sense of humor. They also tend to be highly educated, whether it be formally or self, and are the life of the party. An evolved sag will be extremely generous with her time and money and not even hesitate when you are need.

cool as long as they can constructively put to use their ADD, ADHD and all those attention related blessings/curses as well as nourish and enjoy their interpersonal relationships.

I caught a glipse of one trait I liked, from a Sag seeing things from the heart perspective.

The world is their playground; they see the world through eyes of children - everything is magical, and every trip an adventure. They can be a positive force, with true inspirational energy, from their belief in the world.

yes, yes, i see all of these things in my Sag. Thank you. I am much more open now to them whereas before i wouldn't "go there" for fear of trouble. Maybe im evolving too.

Ok two more things..

One is - optimism. They're very uplifting. It's not only through their sense of humor though. their general facial expression is genuine and congenial which makes people smile. They never give up on life. They see things in a positive light - glass half full people.

The other thing is.. (people don't know this) but they are SO sentimental. They keep things like mementos and photos from places they've been or things they've experienced for like forever (you'd think they were Cancers). It's so sweet though

The best employer I've ever had is a Sag man. I'm so sorry I had to leave the firm (for reasons unrelated to him) and I swear I'll never enjoy a workplace as much as I did his law firm. He was "laid back", gregarious, effusive when he was happy, and trusting. Never did he micromanage - I was a free agent, and I cherished that. He'd buy Starbucks for everybody "just because". His smile was infectious.

There were rumors swirling that he was cheating on his wife with one of the paralegals, and quite honestly, based on things I saw, I thought so myself, but I'm not one to judge, and my view of long term marriages is a bit jaundiced maybe, so it didn't matter to me...

Anyway, I ran into him a couple of weeks ago and made myself sad all over again that I'm not working for him.
