to find out someone's time of birth without letting on that the reason you want it is to draw up an astro chart on them? IP: Logged |

I usually just ask them straight out and tell them I'm doing a chart. I feel bad trying to be sneaky about it because reading someone's chart tells me so much about them, like I'm a fly on their wall of life. IP: Logged |

Yes, I know it's sneaky but I'm trying to help my co-worker. She's a Libra and having a very tough time of late (lots of fighting, lots of tears) with her Scorpio boyfriend and she's wondering whether to stay or go, as he is asking her to leave a good job and relocate with him for the sake of his finding a better job. I thought if we did a chart for him she could have a better understanding of what makes him tick, etc.IP: Logged |

Well, is your friend close with her boyfriend's family/friends? Maybe try and find out from them? However I think that in a relationship, knowing someone's birthtime isn't a big deal. She can just sort of casually ask him... sort of like "hey honey, what time were you born?" If someone asked me like that I wouldn't suspect anything other than curiosity. IP: Logged |

I find that nothing works like asking, but in my experience people usually find that to be a wierd question and they get suspicious and may not tell you right away. That's assuming they even know it. Then again maybe it's my pluto conj. asc that creates that reaction. lol.People may grill me for this, but I've been known to rummage through people's stuff when they weren't looking in order to find their birth certificate for a time. It used to be not too long ago u could walk into any Vital Records office and get an uncertified photocopy of ANYONE's birth certificate by request. It would just be a regular photocopy with the word VOID stamped on it as it could only be used for information purposes. 9-11 changed that policy in alot of states, but I think many places still do that. To me, in a case like this the end justify the means. I don't think there's anything wrong with being a little sneaky to help someone out. IP: Logged |

Just ask them, are they born in the morning or night? (ask them if they're morning or night people - the link)They'd usually tell you their birth time, but if they don't at least you can narrow down to at most 3 ascendants and you can guess from there IP: Logged |
