23,I tend to use ("tend" means I`m open to change not very determined in my use of orbs ) those orbs in synastry:
-5° for conjunctions between personal planets and angles (I`m not yet sure if I should allow 5°, too, for let`s say a Venus-Mars-trine instead of a conjunction)
- 3° for the rest (including asteroids, event hough with the sextile I am inclined towards a strict 2° orb somehow)
So in your case:
I would definitely count the ASC-NN-conjuntion, especially since the ASC is so quickly moving.
Eros square Eros with 3° I would still count as in aspect, too.
I wouldn`t really count the Sun-Moon trine of 9 degree. I donīt even count 9-degree-aspects in the natal radix.
But there are some things that could modify my take on this.
This Sun-Moon-trine, is there a parallel / contraparallel at the same time?
Is there another planet / angle aspecting Sun and Moon, for ex. Sun on 11° Aries and Moon on 20° Leo: Is there a planet on about 15 - 16° Aries, Leo, Sagittarius - that could draw Sun and Moon into the aspect.
But if it was really that Sun-Moon-trine with 9° standing on its own, I think I wouldn`t pay too much attention to it. But you would still feel the compatibility of the Sun and Moon-sign, though.
I know my preferred 3° orb is rather strict, but since I like using asteroids, I don`t want to drown in a huge MASS of aspects, and I think the closest will be the most important ones; exact or near exact aspects will be the ones you can actually FEEL.
However, there are still more possibilities that can make a Sun-Moon-connection, like Moon in the other`s 5th house or Sun ocnjunct IC or something like that.
