This is an interesting article http://users.netonecom.net/~sos/Synastry.htm For example:
"....despite popular "sun sign" books which advise, "If you are a Leo, your most compatible signs are Aries and Sagittarius", I've noticed sun trines occurring more often in platonic friendships than in love/marriage relationships. A certain amount of friction is desirable (indeed, necessary on the physical level!) in sexual relationships........." IP: Logged |

I don't consider sun signs compatibility to be paramount when it comes to romantic compatibility. I wouldn't even call it synastry. Other Planets like Venus, Mars, Chiron, moon, and even Pluto have to be involved be for there to be romantic possibilities. IP: Logged |

I believe Sun and Moon compatibility are very important. Other planets may square and provide friction and lust. But Sun and Moon not matching well is not a good starting point.IP: Logged |
