I remembered a girl I used to know in the fifth grade today.
She used to be taunted day in and day out, for her clothes, her hair, her voice, and even her name. Kids at school would take it and rhyme it with anything they could think of. The results were pretty cruel.
We were loose friends, and we used to live close, but I found out during later years that she had moved. I'm sure she couldn't take the treatment anymore.
I looked at her chart (without any time), and found she had a few Saturn aspects and one very close aspect of Moon square Neptune.
I hear that people with this aspect feel betrayed and taken advantage of often. People say that it's the standard aspect for misunderstanding.
Can you give me a better sense of this?

I hate to see that happen to anyone. I think people with this aspect to the moon may experience a lot of sadness and feelings of victimization. Yes, they are typically misunderstood, finding it out to communicate their feelings or finding it hard to have their feelings accepted by others. They also find it hard to fight back because what is happening is confusing to them. Neptune when in stressful aspects confers confusion, misunderstanding and extreme sadness.

I agree.....also hypersensitive, feelings easily hurt.....also can feel the need to escape in some way....can have feelings that are so idealistic that could deceiver themselves and leave themselves open for disappointment......an emotional sponge, they can have a hard time distinguishing their feeling from those of others, feeling unsure of self and others,
if its a guy, can have problems with opposite sex because of escapist issues, too much idealistic, deception,oversensitivity,confusion.....the mother also could have those issues.

I have Moon in Pisces square Neptune - 1'22 so I know personally.

How do you cope with it Glaucus? Do you learn to not trust your emotions? Do you try to use your intellect more?

why would I not trust my emotions? I have Moon in Pisces, a watersign

My Sun,Mercury,Venus in Scorpio, a watersign

Sun trine Moon - 2'10

just have to learn to understand my feelings and how they work

I didn't know that I was an emotional sponge until I got into Astrology in 1998........helped me understand myself better...it helped me to accept the truth that I am an ultrasensitive person and that there was nothing wrong with that.....it didn't mean that I was weak, gay, and other things others guys thought of me and it didn't necessarily make me less attractive to women
