I've completely eliminated him out of my life, but I still see him around campus. The most recent time was the day before Valentine's Day. When I see him I act as if he doesn't matter to me and that I don't know him. He also has a GF that he has been with her since Sep when he and I were done.

I've recently resorted to acting out my Pluto traits now and I'm "tracking" him (at least on Aim...the other websites such as Facebook and Myspace I removed him and blocked him...I couldn't bare to see him and his GF). One day I saw as his away message, and he said something along the lines of, "Babe, I miss you and love you so much." When I read this I honestly felt like a knife went through my heart.

I know I never allowed myself time to get over him. I basically just launced into dating, and having fun physcially so to speak. Even now I'm "casually dating" a guy (a libra who dosen't see us getting serious), and I'm talking to another guy (the Virgo from an earlier post tonight).

The double Sag was the first guy I've ever been physically involved with that I actually truly cared for and was vulnerable around. I haven't allowed myself to be the same since. And I'm actually afraid that maybe I won't ever have a connection like that again...or that I'm unlovable. I'm also afraid I'm doomed to always care and love others more than they love me back. A huge chunk of me just wants to be done with love and relationships...but another part of me wants to really love and care for someone so much that it cuts into the deepest part of my soul...and have them love me back as much.

I have two questions...

1. What aspects between us makes me not be able to get over him?

2. Has anyone with Pluto/Scorp placements/aspects ever been in a similar boat...where they can't get over someone...but wouldn't dare admit that they still care about this person for the fact that they look vulnerable.

Basically I just want to know if anyone out there has ever experienced anything like this, just so I know I'm not the only one. Sorry for it being super long. Thanks.

Maybe what's gnawing at you & what you can't move on from is the part of yourself that you met while in this relationship. The part of you that is vulnerable and wants to be honest about her feelings. Maybe you are ready to own that side of yourself and regret not doing so while you were with him.

On my natal chart I've got Moon CNJ Pluto. It seems there are a few of us about on this forum. It is a tough one to deal with. I'm also Scorpio Rising. I don't like looking vulnerable, full stop. Not many people get to see it at all.

Do I have 'let go' problems when people trigger this off? Got to be honest and say yes. But it isn't always a problem. I had a really good friend at college who asked me if we would still be friends in twenty years time. Without pause I said yes. That anniversary is not far off. I didn't know it at the time, but his Moon CNJ Pluto is in close orb to mine.

For a more negative example, I once glanced at a chart for a friend of mine and picked up on his Sun Conjunct Pluto, Square Mars. It didn't seem like the gentle, self-confessed insecure person I knew. But if I had been wiser I would have linked it with his evident streak of self-destruction, and also how the Sun Conjunct Pluto conjoined my own Moon Conjunct Pluto. I haven't seen him for a while and it's probably best to give it a bit of space.

Where to start - O.K you know you have natal Moon Square Pluto, right? It isn't close in orb, it's at 5 degrees, but that is still a tough one to deal with. If you didn't know, and haven't read up about it, it might be helpful if you do, here's one piece on it:

His Venus Conjunct Pluto is at 4 and 7 degrees from your Pluto. O.K, that's not a close aspect, and it is wide of your Moon, but you can probably still feel it, and it adds to other aspects on your synastry chart.

You both have Cancer Risings and with your Mars on his Ascendant you have a strong physical attraction to him. This Trines his Venus Conjunct Pluto, intensifying that attraction. Your natal Mars is also on your Ascendant, Conjunct your Sun. I hope you won't take it wrong if I say I think maybe your pride is hurt, maybe you aren't at your best when you don't get your own way, but, who is?

As my anecdotal ramble above suggests, you are likely to meet more than one person in life who will spark off your Moon/Pluto aspect. It might be very bad and/or very painful, but it might work out very well on a long-term basis. It will take some effort whatever happens. Luckily, you have a Moon Sextile Saturn aspect so that is a sensible and controlled side to your emotions that you can work with to help you out.

Look at the positive side; a break up is a terrible time if you invested your heart and your soul into another person´s heart and soul (doesn´t really matter if you were together for 3 months or 10 years – it´s about how much you invested into the relationship and about how deeply you built up the imagined future in your head), BUT it only gets as bad as you let it – it could also be a time of “rebuilding and for renewal”. I went through a very bad crisis, and it lasted for quite a long time, but I decided to “renew” what was left… I picked up the pieces and built a “new” Skybound … he, he, he… and now looking back I see that I actively co-operated and participated in my healing process

When you are in a situation like this you probably think that you don´t have any energy… and you´d rather be on your own and just dwell on your own misery… but in my opinion you never have as much energy in your body as when you are going through a crisis – and instead of letting the closed in energy within you turn you to a depressed couch-potato – channel that energy – do things. Start training, run or whatever you´re into, but don´t keep it in.

Don´t know where the planets where at the date of my break up… but assure you – THEY WERE ALL OVER THE PLACE!

You're definitely not the only one!!

I'm sorry it's been so tough on you, some people just take a longer time to get over relationships. Love is an intense thing, it's hard to rebound from it, which probably explains why you went straight into "fun" mode. It's either: Dwell on your emotions & be upset, or Distract yourself & Avoid your emotions... neither way is better than the other, just different.

I am still not over a guy that I had feelings for 3 years ago! Of course, I've moved on, recently started dating. It appears that he's still not over me, which makes it extra difficult to REALLY let go & get over it completely.

Whoever made the comment about maybe it's the way you *felt* when you were in love that you miss... it's a good observation. I think, especially for certain signs, it's difficult to let yourself be vulnerable and emotional, so it's probably much tougher to rebound from falling "out" of love....

I think you'll get over it in due time... you just need to do it at your own pace and speed.

Would it be okay for me to analyze your charts through the geocentric planetary nodes and golden section aspects? It's a very different approach. The geocentric planetary nodes are insightful, but I am testing out the golden section aspects. Both the geocentric nodes and golden section aspects were introduced by the German Astrologer,Theodor Landscheidt who was scientifically oriented.

I looked at your declinations. Your Moon is 25'47 South,and so your Moon is out of bounds. That indicates that your emotions,feelings operate beyond the established limits if thoughts and action. It can indicate being extremely emotional,sensitive.

The answer to your question is you will never forget it. It will scar you. It's intense and it challenges your soul. You want to feel the same way again afterwards. Like a loss it feels like a death when you lose them.

I can't but help feel people with Pluto/Venus aspects attract other Pluto types. I had the Venus conjunct Sun trine Pluto and she had a Venus square Pluto.

The result is she pushes away the people who reject her. As for me with the Moon square Pluto I never thought I deserved to be loved and felt guilt about enjoying myself denying my feelings. Nice ! Not.

Often something karmic about the Pluto relationships. Like working out some karma between you. Ironic as I got back in contact with her recently on facebook again after 10 years and we are talking again. Seems it affected her to.

No point pretending your not hurt when you are. No point getting involved with someone else to get back at your ex. You need time to grieve and let it go before you can grow.

You havent mentioned the reason why it ended to start with. Must have been for a reason. In my case it was because we were both not ready and immature. But you get caught up in the grand passion and physical attraction.

Oh and btw BlueMoon you were right (as much as I don't want to admit it lol) about my pride being hurt. After all I am a Sun in 1st house person lol. This is so true...lol in fact I even stopped going out just because I was feeling depressed. I didn't want to attribute it to him, but perhaps it is due to that...oh and I did also start trying to get back into shape and take care of myself like I did before. I in the past had to deal with depression, and this along with other things going on in my life (my uncle whom was close to me was dying of brain and lung cancer while we were "breaking up.") that also caused my depressive mood.

Actually you hit the nail on the head. He and I would basically have periods of wanting to be close...but then pushing each other away. Then either one would do something like flirt with the other's friend, or say they want freedom. Then the next day want closeness. He also needed frequent breaks as he felt he cared too much for me and he was too emotional towards me and he didn't want to fell that way. Also my friends hated him, and I am African American...and he is white...and we attend school in SC (despite the fact that he is from MD)...so there was some retience from mainly me. The university I go to isn't exactly forward thinking. Anyway you were right...it really boiled down to the fact that neither one of us was mature.

I don't feel that he can settle down easily. It's not just the Moon conjunct Uranus in Sagittarius which has orb of almost 8 degrees. I don't put a lot of emphasis on sign nor house placements. His Moon has very strong Uranus energy through the nodes. Nodes of Jupiter and objects beyond move much slower than the outerplanets, and so they all have to do with the collective. The Nodes of Uranus move far more slowly than Uranus,and so the Nodes of Uranus have to do with the collective compared to Uranus which has to do with the generation.
