It is constant bickering between the two of us...It is hard to get to the point where everything is settled. Arguments are always over petty things. She has a better memory and always pegs me with outlandish things. I really don't want to get into the petty details..but we have both toyed with the idea multiple times of breaking up, but can't do it. We have been drawn back to each other many times. Is this just a crazy period of time? The depressing Maine winter? the crazy changes? me - done with college soon, her - 1000s of miles away from home in a Crazy situation (I'll skip the details)Is there any hope? be harsh if need be. It is sad, things were so dreamy and amazing when we first started dating..so much hope the first half dozen times of traveling to see each other. I haven't thought about those times much these days. oh honey, it ain't over 'till it's over Your chart has expired there, I was about to make a comment. If I recall you have some interesting dynamics - one has Sun Square Jupiter that forms a T-Square with the others Sun CNJ Saturn. Is that right? IP: Logged |

O.K, there is a lot there, I have just picked up on a couple of things. You seem quite different. Your Moons and Ascendants are in signs that have nothing in common (Her Virgo Moon, Leo Rising, You Aries Moon, Capricorn Rising). Your Suns are in opposite signs. The Sun is the interesting dynamics I saw first off. Your Sun conjoins the MC and Saturn. That says careerist. I can't imagine you giving it all up. Her Sun is right opposite and natally it forms a Square with Jupiter. That suggests to me she has big ideas, but not necesarily always practical ones. That's not going to cut it with you. The whole thing forms a T-Square with Jupiter at the apex. You're the one that imposes a sense of reality to the situation. There's something I've missed out in that - the nodes. Her South Node is conjunct your Saturn. Maybe there is a karmic lesson in this relationship. It is a popular subject here on Lindaland, and using Google I found this old thread. I haven't read through it all yet but it might be interesting: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/006884.html Your Moon is on her Midheaven. This suggests a deep bond, which despite your different characters, is quite a powerful force. IP: Logged |

I'm jumping on Blue Moon's bandwagon to add that the romantic connections don't feel permanent. Uranus widely conjunct Venus suggests that the attraction may have been instant and exciting, but it doesn't last. That is an aspect of affairs, hot and heavy for a short period of time. Then there's Venus square Jupiter which suggests a kind of happy "party-like" energy with an element of sweetness to it, but it can become saccharine sweet. Saturn makes no connections to Venus which suggests that "the bubble is off the wine" depending on how long you've been together.Last, but not least, communication and proximity are the most important elements for a permanent relationship that grows, builds and expands. Your Mercury-ruler of communication-is caught up in her Mars-Saturn opposition. I'd put a $500 dollar bet down that says you two will never stop arguing. Her Saturn on your Mercury will always try to control and depress your thinking, and try to control your movement, and Mars opposing your Mercury will always be yelling and being much too aggressive with you. Last but not least, if you're from New Haven born in 1984, I probably babysat for you because I babysat for every baby in New Haven back in the mid and late 80's. So if you're from New Haven, you're probably too good for her anyway, so dump her I'm only kidding, think it through and do what you feel. I remember how enthusiastic he used to be for her.All I can say, Carl, is that for me I had to give up on having relationships with my opposite sign. There was always a lot of attraction, and I always fell hard for them, but it never worked out. There's a lot of conflict when you're looking at things from opposite ends of the spectrum. Thank you for the replies. It has been nearly two years already by the way! I think the living together idea was maybe to bad of an idea (it has been five months of living together. I like my independence/alone time way to much. I don't mind separate vacations..not so sure about her. Things were hot and heavy at first, but we shall see....I just feel weird these days, maybe that is part of the reason (and I swear it is the Maine winter that leaves me feeling like "bleh" or off.)as for this: "The Sun is the interesting dynamics I saw first off. I have some big ideas that aren't practical, very dreamy, always changing it seems...she is more of a careerist. But anyways, seems like great analysis guys! IP: Logged |

GV,Yep, 1986 here. But I'm not from the New Haven area, so probably not. I was only watched by an aunt up until I was like 3 and then it was daycare centers and latchkey. ------------------ Sagittarius AC, Sun in Scorpio, Moon in Leo IP: Logged |
