Would any of you mind looking at my mom's chart and my chart, and positing a few interpretations or explanations as to why I consider her such a queen, and why we have such an outstanding and fulfilling relationship (especially in comparison to my sisters'* relationships with her)?

The most simple explanation is that you get along as two people together better than your sisters.

My mother had lots of brothers and sisters, all passed now except for one. That's the one she could never get along with - the others, like she says, no problem.

Your Pisces Moon Trines your mother's Scorpio Moon. It's not close by degree, but it still suggests emotional compatibility. If you looked in depth at your synastry you would probably find a lot of other indicators of why you get along. Do the same for your sisters and I'd be expecting to see less.
