My mother has this aspect in Leo, but with Mercury sitting in between.

I can't really answer these questions for her, but I can tell you that for #4 she does spend a lot of time helping other people and has always been active in the community. She's a tough person, a bit of a battle-axe. She'd like that description. I think she has had to be to survive, but for #1, all she says is "they did their best." I have some ideas that this doesn't even scratch the surface.

A good friend of mine also has SN CNJ PL but in Virgo. His is SQ Mars in Sagittarius. He is quite a humble person, so it always struck me as being an odd combo. But there is steel underneath. For starters, he'll have nothing to do with his father because of the appalling way he treated his mother.

Now here is someone who will do anything for anybody. Successful isn't the word though, bit of a deadbeat. A few problems with narcotics, alcohol and depression. But the funny thing is, he is excellent with children. Now on paper, you wouldn't let him near them, but he has a calm presence and has the old firm but fair thing down to a natural art. They behave for him without him having to do very much at all. I hope he shakes off his other problems and gets to be a father one day as he would be great. He finds it hard to believe me, but I've told him he should work with teenagers. Unfortunately a day spent helping me look after my kids has put him off, lol.

Wow do you really want to explore these depths lol
I have Pluto conjunct ascendant and Sun in the first house Libra.
People either really like me or not on first impressions but I can at will determine this (as everyone can but I feel more conscious of this than I have heard others say) I'm really very intense person. I used to have extreme anxiety and all kinds of phobias but have worked through them myself because my partner and babies (two boys) totally transformed me. I gain strength being on my own. When i lived at home with my parents I was a nervous wreck until I moved out on my own and found my spririt.I believe so passionately in my beliefs, in people, in life, in humanity that I will never give up on anyone and that includes myself.
1.My father was an alcoholic and my childhood was ruined by this ( I have an aversion to alcohol and drugs, just don't like the stuff and feel out of control under the influence)
2 I have been very successful regarding tackling personal demons and rebuilding my life from scratch from a certain point.
3 Yes I am unstoppable in my goals. I can be obsessive about them but they happen in their time so I don't pressure myself with timescales.
4 I like to think I am a good person though other people might have different opinions. I do not associate with people if I do not like their character, if they are bullies in some manner and it's hard for me to tone down my intensity which totally puts people off and makes me unapproachable. But I have canvassed for charities and offer tarot readings for free! I am currently studying hypnotherapy and counselling, Does that make me a good person? ( it's what I want to do as a career)
5 My biggest challenge in life is myself but myself and I are getting along much better these days
6 My biggest success without a doubt are my children and boyfriend/ partner.

Off memory, ex-Prime Minister of Australia, John Howard had this aspect in Leo. It might pay to look him up on the web and give his history a read. He was a tough, stubborn guy who refused to listen to anyone. He loved being in control, a devoted monarchist (probably the leo bit) and always picked himself up after a knockdown.

I have the Sun conjunct Pluto in Scorpio

1. How would you describe your father/and childhood?

He is a tyrant. Passionate, very black and white, very arrogant, he lived a life marked by successive tragedies- one after another...he's also very private and has a deep, darker side that no one really understands

2. How successful have you been in your life?

Very, mainly because I make success for myself. By never giving up, ever. I have an inability to quit anything.

3. Are you unstoppable in your goals?

Yes.

4. Are you a good person? Do you try to help others?

I like to think so, My Sun/Pluto conjunction is in the 11th house of greater good, and I'm very focused on society and humanity...instead of being focused on "getting mine"

5. What have been your biggest challenges in life?

Balancing my need to control everything around me versus leaving everything up to a higher power

6. What have been your biggest successes in life?

I'm not sure, to be honest. Surviving, probably.

7. Anything else you want me to know about your aspect's effect.

My Sun/Pluto conjunction is the Apex of a major Tsquare

Sun/Pluto conjunction square - Mars/Moon opposition. Violent tempers and high passions.

Sagittarius AC, Sun in Scorpio, Moon in Leo

Sun/Pluto Libra in 9th

1. How would you describe your father/and childhood?
He was away often for work. When he was home, he definitely made his presence felt. Very controlling, nit-picky, always criticising. Often drove my mom to tears. Otherwise, my childhood was quite peachy (whenever he was away).

2. How successful have you been in your life?
Quite. Career-wise, I'm happy where I am now, which is working on my PhD (although it took me a while to get here). Personally, I'm in a great relationship (finally!) with someone who doesn't remotely resemble (physically or temperamentally) my dad.

3. Are you unstoppable in your goals?
Yes, very.

4. Are you a good person? Do you try to help others?
I think I am. Helping people is a duty I take seriously. I stand up especially for the underdogs (orphans/neglected children, domestic/child abuse survivors, animals - I was driving the other day and saw a dead dog by the road side and it made me MAD, MAD, MAD!!).

5. What have been your biggest challenges in life?
Getting where I am now.

6. What have been your biggest successes in life?
Yet to be achieved. I'll dig up this thread in 2 years' time after I'm conferred my doctorate.

7. Anything else you want me to know about your aspect's effect.
This energy/intensity doesn't make me seem very Libra-like.

Glad to be of help.

my father - mostly absent. i can't say we are really close, but he's family. childhood - hmmm... i feel much better as a grown up.

2. How successful have you been in your life?
pretty succesful so far. i have a job i like, generally, a nice boyfriend and not much trouble.

3. Are you unstoppable in your goals?
yes. if i'm really after sth, i will get it, one way or another.

4. Are you a good person? Do you try to help others?
i don't know, i prefer not to think in good/bad terms. some say i have an evil streak in me, but i don't really care much about what others say. i help people, but im not easily impressed.

5. What have been your biggest challenges in life?
trust and bonding to people

6. What have been your biggest successes in life?
moving on and not sinking in despair when things turn ugly. also being good at many things and staying away from the herd mentality

7. Anything else you want me to know about your aspect's effect.

it squares my moon in capricorn, which might explain the fact i'm a little cold and probably not very good at attachements.

1. How would you describe your father/and childhood?

Throughout my childhood my father was either gone because my parents seperated when i was very young...when he was around he was loud and sometimes abuse towards my mother and I. Most of the time I felt ignored and like I didn't count...crappy childhood

2. How successful have you been in your life?

I would say personally I have been successful overcoming certain difficulties and painful experiences...I am good at leaving people or things that are not to my benefit behind...

3. Are you unstoppable in your goals?

To a certain extent when I am not ruled by my overwhelming emotions I would say 'yes'

4. Are you a good person? Do you try to help
others?

Yes I would say I am a good person...I've helped other in need before, and will continue to help people around me when they need a helping hand.

5. What have been your biggest challenges in
life?

Hard to say they are come all the time! lol

6. What have been your biggest successes in life?

Still working on it...there are still many things I want to succeed at!

7. Anything else you want me to know about your aspect's effect.

It seems this aspect tends to attract trying and difficult situations or if you want to call them catch 22's...

Sun/Saturn/Pluto in Libra 9-10th

1. How would you describe your father/and childhood?

I had a very good childhood and my dad was awesome, at least through my eyes (in childhood).

2. How successful have you been in your life?

Not quite successful yet, but I'm working towards it.

3. Are you unstoppable in your goals?
I really wouldn't use that term - there are some things I would stop my goals for. (one which is my other goal). I would prioritize to see which is more important.

4. Are you a good person? Do you try to help others?
Yes I try to be ethical and fair.

5. What have been your biggest challenges in life?
Relationships and career.

6. What have been your biggest successes in life?
My experiences I guess!

7. Anything else you want me to know about your aspect's effect.

Saturn is between my pluto/sun conjunction, and I included it because it probably has lessened the otherwise intense conjunction.
Saturn in the 10th can mean an absent father, but my dad was always around, just not always emotionally. I just learnt to accept it.

I know someone with a tight Sun/Pluto conjunction, and unstoppable is the term. He's also doing a PhD, with scholarship, and I think with that iron will, he will get far.

My sun in conj pluto in Scorpio, 5th house, orb of 0

1. How would you describe your father/and childhood?

My childhood was very difficult for me because I'm over emotional (cancer asc, moon in 4th conj IC) and my mother was severly depressed and so i was a complete ***** lol... had an exercism performed on me when i was 4 i believe, and had to visit a psychologist when i was 7.. among other things lol. My dad was and is a wonderufl man. He is someone who is described by me, and those who know him very well, as a saint. He loves people and is one of the most comassionate people I know, a bit of an idealist, but someone who anybody should aspire to be.

2. How successful have you been in your life?

Most would say that I'm pretty successful jsut because of all of the situations that I've had to overcome. I'm a perfectionist though, and there's so many things that I still want to do and overcome so I'm constantly looking for ways to improve myself and in turn I'll be more successful!
3. Are you unstoppable in your goals?

4. Are you a good person? Do you try to help others?

I'm a humanitarian in every sense of teh word; I took that from my father. Cancer asc, Chiron in cancer in the 12H, Jupiter in 12H...My purpose it to help and look after others, which is what i do

5. What have been your biggest challenges in life?

Living being me! lol, my personality is extreme - I have so many oppositions in me that just being me I think is really a challenge. Others would say it's the family stresses and situations that I live with and that fact that I've always been the therapist in my family and friend relationships.. which puts a lot of presure on me, not to mention forces me to be objective much of the time (which isn't easy sometimes!). BUT, i thrive on drama - so for me this is what keeps me going!

6. What have been your biggest successes in life?
Helping my parents overcome the depressive periods in their life ,which is FAR from over but I'll make sure they get there. Helping them choose careers (which I'm in the process of doing now!) and jsut being their friend, since both of them are lonely and the type of people that most don't understand.

7. Anything else you want me to know about your aspect's effect.
The self-destructiveness is definately there!

and your welcome! ...
This was actaully kind of healing in a way

Whoops! I missed number 3....

3. Are you unstoppable in your goals?

Depends on the goal, but for the most part.. definately. If there's anything that I want, be sure I will get it
