Saturn in Virgo. It's retrograded over your Mercury. It's squaring his Mercury and his Sun. Then it will Square his Moon - and Neptune. He is undergoing his Saturn Return.
Right now Saturn is around 3* in Virgo, going retrograde.
By the end of August it will have moved forward, over his natal Saturn and out of orb. So that will be his tricky Saturn return out of the way.
But right after Saturn will move forward and Square into his natal Moon, making exact what is a wide orb Square of 7*. To add to the confusion, the Moon is opposite natal Neptune. So Saturn will be taking a swipe at that, too, and forcing it all into conflict as a transiting apex of a t-square.
This all transpired because the first thing I looked at was your Mercury Square his Mercury. But it soon got a whole lot more complicated.
Your Mercury conjoins his Saturn, and Squares his Mercury and his Sun. Just a hunch here, but I am wondering if this tense sounding interaction is in fact normally just what Mr Gemini needs. However, right now, Saturn is transiting over your Mercury and this could be why this is not going so well. The good news is Saturn goes direct in May, and by the time August is underway things will be easier.
The Saturn Square Moon that will hit next doesn't look fun, but I note your natal Saturn is Trine his Moon so there is some synastry anchorage there that I suspect has helped this along in the past and I'm thinking this may go easier.
There is bound to be something I have missed - really this is all just from looking at Mercury Square Mercury - it was like a fishing net pulling me in.
