This is on my synastry chart, but really as the Moon is CNJ Pluto it gives it a whole different flavour. In this case, Venus is closer in orb to Pluto than the Moon. The Moon is getting dragged along for the ride. To interpret this interaction in one sentence I'd say there is a strong bond that is hard to break. Moon Square Venus does seem unsympathetic but in the context of the whole chart it could give quite a different flavour.
