these are some interpretations quoted from internet-sources who are dealing with Midpoint-configurations (www.cafeastrology.com and www.destiny.net). These interpretations are about natal and transit configurations, but I guess one could apply them to a composite chart as well. (At least one can get a glimpse on the meaning/quality of these configurations. I use these frequently - for better understanding of Synastries and Composites too.)

NN conjunct Venus/Mars midpoint:

NODE TO MIDPOINT VENUS/MARS
An extremely magnetic personality (((relationship))) with regard to sexual attraction.

Saturn conjunct Sun/Moon midpoint:

SATURN TO MIDPOINT SUN/MOON
Serious - perhaps overly-so - attitude or mental disposition. Inhibitions in the yang-yin interplay. There is a tendency to
depressive states of mind, or such a state of mind may be a consequence of frustrations and separations, or of difficult relationships between the sexes or of illness.

SO/MO=SA Serious and difficult times. Not a good time to marry. obstacles to marriage. Sorrowful marital states. Sudden enmity in friendship and marriage. Divorce and separation.

Uranus conjunct Venus/Mars midpoint:

URANUS TO MIDPOINT VENUS/MARS
Intense passion; high nervous involvement with things sexual; sexual experimentation; dangerous liaison. Sexual assault.

VE/MA=UR Sexual violence (interference). By surprise or unexpectedly to meet again relatives or intimate old acquaintances. To re-establish relations.
