So do cancers have the inclination to wallow in their misery, to feel sadness without never really doing anything about it? Like to complain, to feel miserable?

It's a rare person doesn't feel pain at some point, some control it better than others and are less inclined to spread it about. People who don't recognise this and bleat on about how hurt they are do tend to be annoying, I doubt I am alone in feeling this way. I don't know if it is always the sign of Cancer to blame. A friend of mine is Sun Sag, Moon Virgo, no Cancer on his chart by planet, I don't know his angles. He hasn't had the easiest of times, but my sympathy only goes so far. Less moaning, less blaming everyone else and more efforts to change his personal situation would increase my sympathy factor. IP: Logged |

I do not think cancers are particularly misery-feeling it is just that they are broody and tend to protect themselves a bit too much, nothing else, my experience...IP: Logged |

People don't know my troubles or pain. It's none of their business. i always act that things are great even when they are not. I know other cancers or people who have cancer placements that do this though. Very tough for me because not all of us are like this. We all don't sit around and let misery be an issue. IP: Logged |

does anyone know if saggies are prone to depression? i have a cancer friend with sag rising and sag moon who is almost ALWAYS depressed. I thought that sag would make him less likely to be cancerian, but in his case, it makes him more whiney and depressed. Maybe you show look closely at aspects for misery thingies. This person also has a chiron square saturn-I think that is what makes him depressed. Maybe the people you speak of have hard saturn contacts.IP: Logged |

I'm a Cancer and the answer is no. I do everything I can to overcome depression and sadness. My husband however, a Capricorn, is more prone to wallow in it when he feels depressed. He doesn't complain, he just withdraws, wallows in it and refuses to try to overcome it. (That kind of attitude annoys me. I'll do anything to feel better when I'm depressed, including pushing myself to go out, get busy, or focus on something that will take my mind off my troubles.) Thank God his funks only last a day and aren't too frequent; otherwise, it would be a nightmare to live with. IP: Logged |

my cancer friends are all emotional, but it doesn't stop from pursuing their ambitions or what not. what i've noticed though is cancers are total homebodies. And a lot of the other signs like to 'wallow in their emotions'. i can tell for sure though that cancers have an inner core of sweetness and loyalty that makes them great friends and listeners.IP: Logged |
