hello all.I have an older brother who is a Taurus and we have always been very close and had a special bond. I was hoping someone could take a look at our charts and pinpoint where this stems from. I have so much love for him and feel much comfort and acceptace in his company. I think it's because my Moon is in Taurus, but am curious as to what other strong connections bring us together. He has been a big supporter for me my whole life and I have always looked up to him--mutual admiration, if you will. anyway, I will post our charts. any insight would be appreciated! ME:

Hi it might be easier to see if you post charts but certainly I can see some things.Your brother is up to 10 years older and so I would assume has been a paternal influence in your life.You are people who in some ways can be misunderstood by others, Your Taurus Moon at odds with a Fiery Sun and your brother's Fiery Sun at odds with his Taurus Moon (energy wise) and Virgo ascendant, I think you have an understanding of this between you. A certain empathy of how it feels combined with determination and focus to achieve the goals in your life.
Your fundamental energies are so similar and it's not something that you find so easily in people, the fact that these fundamental energies can match your own. His Mercury in Taurus and your Mercury in Virgo which allows for natural communication, no awkward miscommunication that you may find with others.
His Saturn sextile your sun allows for endurance in your relationship and emphasises the fact that you can rely on him and there will be plenty of opportunity for him to be there for you.

Surely u can relate a lot, what with ur moon in taurus and his in fire i think u must understand each other well.. i had a strong tie with a taurs moon i am taurus myself and we shared a lot of affinity...never underestimate the imprtance of the main luminaries! IP: Logged |

I might even have to show my brother to see what he thinks! thanks again. take care. winky, the Sun/Moon conjunct is a nice combination! is there usually still a strong connection if sun and moon are trine? example, my Leo Sun and my brothers Sag moon.
