With transiting Pluto now on my natal Saturn (4th house, Cap), AND transiting Saturn on my natal Pluto (12th House, Vir), I'd welcome some insights from people. It's the natal trine in reverse.Someone once said we all lead lives of quiet desperation. These transits could be anything but quiet. I've lost important things in recent years and now I'm not sure what to expect. IP: Logged |

Hi Christine ~ I'm surprised you haven't had more takers on this thread, as that testing Saturn CNJ Pluto is working it's way through the charts of many of us born in the 60s and 70s. At the same time, Pluto working back and forth in Capricorn is making itself felt and has prompted many discussions. Pluto brings transformation and Saturn refines structures, so I would expect slow but steady change in your life. Not an easy process but maybe necessary in some way. I'll have a think about it a bit more and get back to you if I can think of anything insightful. The Saturn CNJ Pluto is headed my way so I should think about it anyway. IP: Logged |

Blue Moon: thank you for your reply. You seem like a wise sage of this forum, very helpful. Perhaps this double transit of heavies is hard to translate very specifically. I'll just try and keep a stiff upper lip which, given my strong natal Saturn and my Virgo rising, is default mode for me a lot of the time!Thank you also Lalalinda and Deuxantares for welcoming me. Well that's quite a compliment Both these transits together might be quite subtle in effect. Particularly I am thinking of Pluto being hidden and operating in the 12th house of the subconcious. Saturn is forming structures on top of this, maybe bringing some of these elements to the surface. Maybe there is a reason you are on an astrology site? It seems to fit well with what we are all trying to do here. On Horoscopes Within it says of Saturn in the 4th, "emotional security and self-acceptance come from a true knowledge of self and an ability to focus inwardly away from the emotional dependency of others." http://www.horoscopeswithin.com/saturninhouses.php Somehow I think this is key. Pluto is passing over this point bringing its powers of regeneration and transformation. Being natally in the 12th house it suggest psychological awareness.
Saturn passing over natal Pluto could be interpreted as repressive, but on your natal chart these planets are in a harmonious trine emphasising your personal awareness and inner strength. The passing transits are activing these abilities and bringing them to the surface. Turning them around, as it were ~ Pluto brought into the 4th (domestic environment, early conditioning) and Saturn into the 12th (subconcious, psychological processes). IP: Logged |

Blue Moon, thank you so much for digging around and for the link which I read with interest. It does seem as though things have been coming to the surface, psychologically. I knew a lot of it before but only now do I really FEEL it. You and I both have Moon in Libra. That's nice. IP: Logged |
