Hello Knowflakes! It's been a very long time since I posted here, but I knew you guys would be the right people to ask. I'm looking for a cute little article that I believe was posted here, called "Mind Games by the Signs". It covered all 12 signs, and for Virgo, it went something like, "Rules: You ask Virgo something, anything, in fact. Virgo tells you that you are wrong. You disagree. Virgo pulls a book out of their traveling library and proves you were wrong. You lose." I can't think of the other ones, but I'm hoping someone has it saved somewhere...help me please!! Thanks for your time, Kat ------------------ -K "Sometimes, happiness can be a calm and quiet thing, a moment of rest upon the wind, that makes sunset less sad and haunting...and brightens the sunrise with a gentle promise" ~Linda Goodman IP: Logged |

I hope you find it. I would like a book that discusses the signs INDEPTH. Things that they never say in most of them that I have to dig and dig for. I know the knowledge is out there and somebody must've written one. The little specific things like cancerians penchant for prank phone calls,Leo's not being able to keep step with someone and always walking a step ahead or behind, Virgo women dressing matchy-matchy, all that stuff I've had to learn the hard way about the Taurus and the Capricorn, etc., etc. I read LG Sun Signs, but there isn't that much there. I hope you find it! That sounds funny! I'd like to read it... quote: Virgo women dressing matchy-matchy
LOL!!! So true! Lately my gay friend's new boyfriend has been pointing out that I always am dressed in very flattering cuts, and that I always match... The kids I work with have also pointed out that I always match... Which is true. It annoys the crap out of me not to match. My apartment also has a certain color scheme in each room and must not deviate. There aren't that many things that I'm actually a traditional Virgo about, but that is one of them. My Virgo grandmother was apparently the same way. quote: I read LG Sun Signs, but there isn't that much there.
I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that, if you think about it, LG Sun Signs is about what... Almost 50 years outdated or more? It's like any actual subject you study... There are going to have to be adaptations for the modern world. Traits in the signs adapt and change because the world and societal outlook changes. So, I guess the trick is finding another really good modern astrologer who has authored a really great book on sun signs. ------------------ Virgo Sun/Aries Moon/Scorpio Rising IP: Logged |
