I'm following Quinnie's advice and opening a new thread. She helped me a lot with interpreting my synastry with my boss (http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/017475.html) , but I would be grateful if somebody could shed some light on our draco charts as well. The draco synastry I posted in the other thread looks way too powerful (to put it lightly) to me.
I am posting our natal charts and our draconic charts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Venus! May I tell you that you are amazing? I read almost everything (still have to finish reading the thread about twin souls), but one thing struck me. You wrote "in a mail IQ told me siva- pluto can be a substite for venus - pluto. infact siva/ kaali/rudra aspecting pluto in synastry will have as powerful an impact as venus- pluto, so he said."
My boss and I have a Pluto/Siva double whammy! His Siva (1°38' Libra) is conjunct my Pluto/Vertex (1°58' Libra) and my Siva (6°22' Gemini) squares his Pluto (5°44' Virgo)!
But there is much more:
My Kaali opposes his Pluto (0 degrees) and conjuncts his Rudra (1 degree).
His Kaali squares my Rudra (1 degree) and makes a minor aspect (sesquiquadrate) to my Pluto.
His Isis opposes my Isis/Osiris (1 degree).
His Kaali also trines my Moon almost exactly and squares my Venus (1 degree).
And these are only the aspects that jumped at me at first glance and that are less than 2 degrees apart. Looks like there is something really powerful going on here...

Thank you very much for the links, they definitely helped! Still, being a newbie at all this, I'd love to get some more insight, if possible. I can see aspects and all, but don't know how to exactly interpret them... sorry, I'm a pain in the neck, I know...

WOW so interesting... l never knew that about Pluto and those asterouds.

I checked mine out draco/natal synastry and have:

his natal Rudra conjunct my draco pluto exact!
his draco siva conjunct my natal pluto 3deg.
my draco siva conjunct his natal ASC 3 deg
my natal rudra conjunct exact his draco vertex
my natal kaali conjunct his natal rudra
his natal rudra conjunct my natal ASC
his natal rudra opposes exact my draco venus
