Hi everybody!

I was wondering if anybody could help me to find my husband's chart ruler. I read that, since Aquarius is ruled by both Uranus and Saturn, I should see which one of the two is stronger, but I can't figure that out. I was thinking maybe Uranus, because it is in an angular house?
Any help would be very appreciated.

Uranus is the chart ruler. Saturn was co-ruler for Aquarius before Uranus was discovered so yes you could look to both but Uranus is the chart ruler with an influence from Saturn.

If you look at his chart Uranus is in the 7th house. This is opposite Saturn in the 12th house so they could both be rulers by aspect . If you look at special dates (wedding, children's birth's etc.) Look at the transits and progressions and see which one is hit mostly.

Thanks for coming once again to help me, Quinnie!
I'm not good with transits and progressions, but I gave a look and I think that Uranus was more hit. The day we met, back in 1992, transiting Chiron was conjunct my husband's Uranus and transiting Saturn was opposing it exactly. Not sure what this means, but it caught my eye...
