I was once told by an astrolger that my chart was influenced by Pisces...is this because my IC is in Pisces???

Could mean anything, we need to see your chart.

Could mean your IC is in pisces, that neptune is on your IC or your IC is in some aspect with neptune, that your IC's ruling planet has a heavy contact with neptune...
