Í´ve never understood really what´s the main diference between Davidson and Composite - which one is more accurate in terms of relationship?Composite If i look into our Composite i see a nice Venus/Sun/Eros conj in the 1st house Looking at Neptune,is the one who worries me most - we have in our natals nept/venus aspect,so maybe it appears here cause of that.. Not only that but the fact that Uranus/Neptune are in the 4th house,of home and family..makes me think about problems regarding that theme..and Moon also making bad aspects ( being Moon the significator of emocional home together). Another one i like is the jUNO conj the DSC DAVIDSON if i look at Davidson, i dont see the beautiful sun/venus conj anymore but there it is the Juno conj DSC again. a loaded 8th house - meaning possible enphasis on miterious themes but also transformations - sun/mars/moon there... Venus lonely in the 9th oposes Pluto/Saturn - meaning difficulties in intensity and stability of love? What do you think regarding the charts? Thanks! IP: Logged |

You´re right Lara - i saw the fixed Stars by Aastro on "adding fixed stars" and as they dont post the exact degrees,i thought to see the Composite AC CONJ REGULUS But now while i was searching about Fixed Stars i saw Regulus being at 29 Leo. As our Composite AC is 3Virgo it dont makes a tight conjunction (4ºorb wide). But i liked a lot of waht Regulus is: "Regulus (Alpha Leonis), in Latin, "the little king", is one of the four Royal Stars or "four Guardians of Heaven" or "Archangel stars". Regulus is the Archangel Raphael, the Healing Archangel and watcher of the North." IP: Logged |

My son's middle name is Raphael and my AC is exact conjunct Regulus lol Yeah, on the davison/composite front l think i'm more inclined to look at davison, although it is confusing!!!
I find both have pro's and con's. For instance, in my composite we have saturn in 7th moon in 5th sun conjunct mars on MC sun conjunct mars venus conjunct MC and mercury then in davison we have saturn in 7th! venus in 8th sun in 9th (we are both foreigners) moon sq venus no venus/mars aspects ! not easy huh? how funny!Yeah i think a grand trine or mystical rectangle in composite is good! I see that a lot in long-term relationships! IP: Logged |

In most cases I have seen the DAvison gave a more accurate picture of the relationship, even though often I SO want to look at the composite, as it sometimes just looks so much better, easier. *Sighs*However, friends of mine who have been married for 4 years and known each other for over 8 years. They are a very committed, serious couple. They have never been madly in love with each other (well, he has probably, but she wasn`t). They are not the most romantic people either, and they don`t want excitement in their relationships; they need trust, loyalty, a stable warm partnership, where they can rely on each other and they deeply care for each other. It some sort of a very deep, but quiet and calm kind of love, more sensual than passionate in the best case. And they are talking all the time to each other, they are best friends. (both have many planets in Air-signs natally, and an Earth-sun) Composite: ASC in ARies Pluto exactly conjunct DSC Venus-Uranus-conjunction in Scorpio in 7th house opposing Jupiter in Taurus in 1st house and squares Saturn in Leo on the 5th house cusp Mars in Leo in 5th house squares Sun in Scorpio in 8th house Moon in Pisces in 12th house trine Sun in Scorpio in 8th house
Davison:
ASC in Libra conjunct Pluto and Karma trine MErcury in Gemini on the cusp of the 9th house (they met at University) Sun is in Taurus in 8th house Moon is in Virgo in 11th house squaring Mercury, and trines Venus and Jupiter in Taurus in 8th house Venus - Jupiter-conjunction in Taurus in 8th house conjunct SN, but still opposite Uranus, trine Moon. Mars - SAturn-conjunction in Cancer in 10th house (they are coworking and have always worked together very closely and are very effective in doing so) My parents: married for over 30 years; three children, one of us mentally handicapped; they also raised my mum`s sister, who were much younger than her. It was a marriage out of love, and despite all difficulties, they are still very much in love with each other, always holding hands, kissing, it`s kinda sweet. Composite:
ASC in Leo conjunct Karma trine Mercury in Sagittarius in 5th house Moon in Cancer in 12th house trine Jupiter in Pisces in 8th house Venus in Sagittarius in 5th house sextile Mars and Saturn in 3rd house Mars-Saturn-conjunction in Virgo in 3rd house conjunct SN and opposing ERos-Valentine-conjunction in 9th house Sun-Chiron in Sagittarius in 5th house trine Pluto in Leo in 1st house Davison: ASC in Leo trine Eros in Sagittarius in 5th house Sun-Siva-Venus-Chiron-conjunction in Sagittarius in 5th hous Sun-Siva trine Pluto in 1st house, sextile Neptune in 3rd house, Venus-Chiron (btw falling exactly onto my Sun) square Karma in Virgo in 3rd house, square NN in Pisces in 9th house, highlighting the "communication-axis" - and knowledge has always been the highest good for both of my parents Moon-Mars-conjunction in Cappy in 6th house (exactly conjuncting my mentally handicapped brother`s Sun) sextile NN in 9th, trine Karma in 3rd JUpiter-VAlentine-conjunction in Pisces at the 8th house cusp IC in Libra sextile Venus-Chiron-conjunciton in 5th house Isis-Osiris-conjunction in Libra in 3rd house It`s not easy to decide.

It's not easy! Both my parents have been married to their partners for an eternity too - 20yrs+ and 30yrs+ and one has Grand trine in comp/davison and the other has a mystical rectangle in them. I think planetary geometry is important. My man and l have COMPOSITE Valentine/12th sq mercury/9th + venus/10th siva/1st trine moon/5th sun trine moon sun trine adonis NN square sun NN trine neptune NN opposite pluto DAVISON Valentine/12th conjunct AC (1) which VenusdeIndia says is true love? Valentine/12th trine mercury/8th (1) Juno/3rd trine venus/8th (1) venus quincunx AC (1) kaali/4 square venus/8th kaali trine AC siva/6th opposing pluto (0) valentine opposing chiron/6th
just some of them that stand out!
uffff... l think i'll stick to synastry/draco LOL IP: Logged |
