i am back again with another question.
when one takes into account the degrees, minutes and seconds of an ascendant, i am noticing that it is possible for a sign to occupy two houses. for example, my ascendant is in libra at 17 1'9". my 1st house begins at that point in libra. so pre this point, that is my 12th house occupying part virgo and libra. is this correct?
