conjunctions to the SN is supposed to be a "negative" aspect because it caused the SN person to not evolve, or to go backwards but i've read twice now that it is a POSITIVE aspect in synastry. it has a positive rating at cafe astrology, and i just read that it is a soulmate clue.

the guy i'm into has his SN at 12.06 aquarius, and my mercury and mars are 11.35 and 11.37 respectively, my sun is 15 aquarius. i really don't want to hinder his growth in any way so if we do get together i will be ultra conscious of encouraging his leo-ness (my lilith is 12.47 leo, and my vertex is 9.18 so i hope these will help!), but i was hoping we could have a discussion about this. if you've had POSITIVE experiences with conjunctions to the SN in synastry please share! all i've ever read is the negative interps, and i'd love to know how it can be a positive thing, the mechanics of it, and why it might be a soulmate clue..
