Are we that bad?

Insensitive ~> we sure seem to get slated a lot on LL, but we don't bother to defend ourselves that much. Say the slightest thing against a Pisces and they will fish-slap you all over! Maybe we can just take the hard knocks.

Flirting ~> don't tell me this doesn't ever cheer someone up, give them an ego boost or provide them with attention they are craving. As long as it doesn't upset anyone, what's the harm?

Shallow ~> for a bit of harmless escapism after a tough day there's nothing like curling up with a copy of Wittgenstein's Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus, is there?

Inconstant ~> you've got to be flexible to survive in this world. And be fair, you can't expect us to be adapatable and easy-going one minute, but not the next. That's not logical!

"Emotions": We just don't bother too much with all the superficialities and the vanities other people care about, all the insane hassle about "image" or other fleeting stuff. Cancers are highly genuine, original people - a bit shrewd sometimes - but some of the most entertaining folks around, with a wicked humour, always several layers in their speech and thinking, like the manifold wonders of a fairy tale that yet has to be discovered. Yes, we do like mysteries and we create one for you - if we sense that you like riddles/mysteries, if we sense that you need something to play with, that you need something that keeps you guessing. It is one of our many ways of "caring" for you.

We can be moody, that's true - but we would grant you your own moodyness as well! IF there is compassion and understanding for all the human things going us ... you'll find it with us. Don't tell us about cars, houses, riches - we do care about what's beneath all that wordly glamour - and if you get close to us, prepare to be seen as the "real you" that may hide behind your outer appearance. You can rely on us, but you must deal with the fact, that sometimes you must leave us alone for a while - because we've got a special ting going on with the Universe, with the higher forces above (and below), and sometimes we need some time for that. If you are mean and evil - with us or with someone else - be sure that we'll repay that with sarcacsm or let you drop down immediately. If there's no respect left for you, you'll sense it, right away. But if you're appreciated and/or loved by us - you'll also know for sure.

We make the world a miraculous place - for ourselves and for you, if you can stand that magic, if you're evolved enough. ;-)

We're just too cool to defend our sign. We sit in quiet confidance secure in the fact that we're awesome. Unlike Leos, we don't need to tell everyone. It's enough that we know, and we know that you know.

I personally do not need to prove anything to anybody. If people like Pisces good and if they don't well, whatever. If it makes them feel good about themselves to pick on Pisces than what can you really do?

Obviously this can't be entirely accurate. Everyone has emotions, right? Being the non-emotional feminine sign, perhaps our emotions are expressed with a little more subtlety? I don't really know how to defend our emotional natures. I would say that it grants us a certain toughness, which is helpful when plodding slowly along.

Ambitious:
I've seen ambitious people of all signs, but the trait is given so often to Capricorns. I'm not sure what to say about that.

Workaholics:
How does one defend being productive? Why should one have to?

Enjoys a trophy wife:
Capricorns are supposed to like quality.

Gemini - Only shallow if they're bored by what you have to say.

Libra - Don't be jealous because they're playing the game well.
