It will give you a lot of information, if you scroll down it will give you a percentage by sign and by planet.

If you had asked me I would I associate most with Mars and sign maybe more Scorpio (Rising sign) and Aquarius (Mars sign, heavily aspected) than Gemini, my sun sign. But my highest percentages go to Libra and Venus. There is a grid on the Pullen list that shows that Venus deposits the most planets, and is on the Descendant on my chart. My Moon is Libra and I have 4 planets in the 7th. So there you go, maybe I am more peace-loving and charming than I give myself credit for ~ or is that indecisive and idle.

I checked those charts out, it really baffled me !

My strongest planets and most dominant signs are quite different from each other, and also different than my sun/asc sign so I'm totally confused..

Which do you think more important ? Can we say the Strongest Planet has the biggest effect ? Or is it the sign that that is ranked first ?

Using Placidus, Pullen lists my strongest signs as:
1. Virgo
2. Scorpio
3. Cap

Using Equal:
1. Scorpio
2. Virgo
3. Aqua

In both of them, my Sun sign is ranked 4th and my Moon sign is ranked 7th.

When I first saw these, I wasn't surprised that my own sun wasn't ranked first. I identify with Sag more than any other sign, but I don't feel strongly Sag. I've never read a description of Sag without feeling that major parts of the description didn't apply to me. I can definitely feel the influence of other signs, particularly Scorpio. In fact, I was reading "Sextrology" and the Sco descriptions were the most accurate, by far. I could hardly relate to their Sag descriptions.

When I check out people's astro info, I always check out their Pullen rankings too. Although no matter where it's ranked I still consider their sun sign strongest, the ranking helps explain if they're a strong Aries, etc. or if they're more an Aries/Pisces hybrid. Often Pullen ranks a sign highly that isn't one of the person's big three, so Pullen can help point out a major influence that's not as easily seen.

Jane's approach seems good ~ use it as an added tool but don't take it as written in stone.

Libras actually my strongest sign, and I was kind of baffled by that at first, too. I do have two planets in Libra, so that explains some of it. But I also have two planets in Capricorn, so what gives? Well, the signs also rule houses, and I've got three planets in the Libra-ruled 7th house. These are also probably my most aspected and dynamic planets in my chart to some degree. So Libra wins the strongest sign contest.

Here's how the house rulerships work:

Aries rules the 1st house
Taurus rules the 2nd house
Gemini rules the 3rd house
etc. etc. (in order)

Sag is my second strongest thanks to those three 7th house planets being in Sag.

Scorpio is my third strongest despite my only having one planet there. The reason for this could include the fact that it is a singleton in two respects: it's my only planet in a water sign, and my only planet in a fixed sign. I also have my Sun and Jupiter in the Scorpio-ruled 8th house.

Personally, while I feel very Libra (Sun and Mercury are in Libra), I also have a heavy water influence (Moon, Jupiter, Venus, Pluto) in my chart so I basically feel like a more emotional, more sensitive version of Libra; while I can be detached at times, my water influence doesn't usually let me stay that way for long. I feel a sort of 'pull' between air and water.

I don't really feel that my Earth planets play a big role in my chart because I'm not really practical and I'm pretty much the opposite of the Earth-sign description. I can have a fiery temper due to my Sag ascendant, but I am lacking a lot of the other things that Fire Signs are known for. I'm definitely a Water-Air sort of lady.
