I have it, too, though mine are both in Earth signs (5 degrees Capricorn, 29 degrees Virgo). I'm thankful it's not the opposition. I don't know what to make of it. I don't think about it much.IP: Logged |

i have aquarius sun 15, taurus moon 20. i think about it all the time too. it's hard to reconcile but i try to consciously think of how i can mesh them positively. noel tyl says something about this combination.. i can't remember exactly what, but something to the effect of manifesting visions, bringing them into reality.it's still difficult though, and i relate, cuz i do feel myself pulled in two different directions constantly. my aquarius self basically denies my physical being, while my taurus moon NEEDS to feel grounded and present in my body. so i relate. oh, and i wouldn't pay attention to that not-good-for-marriage crap. yeah, there can be some bouncing back and forth and confusion, but if you can find a way to reconcile it, it shouldn't be a problem. also honesty and a sense of adventure between you and your partner is far more relevant, i think, than total consistency of character. I really don't think it's fair for an astrologer to say some whole group of people isn't going to have a long term stable relationship. That's a human need. One of my best friends has Sun square Moon...she is always pushing herself and really quite an accomplished writer. But the thing is she doesn't recognize it. She can seem insecure about her abilities or just herself but we all think she is fine. Also her relationships are really intense and loving. So basically it's just seems to me to be about insecurity issues which probably can be resolved by self acceptance. But maybe if you had a trine you would just go with the flow so much you might not go for your dreams. Maybe the square pushes you to go for things and gives you an edge. I don't know I am just saying things aren't always what they seem.IP: Logged |

There is an excellent article on this aspect describing George Bush as a "wounded cancer". Whatever we think about him as a politician, he is still a man. His sufferings as a brother I can imagine only too well so I really connected with this article: http://astrologyforthesoul.com/steffanvanel/gwbcancerlibra.html In case you wonder the relevance his Cancer Sun is Square the Moon in Libra. I have Sun in Cancer (8th house) Squaring my Aries moon (4th house). I know I have a constant conflict with in me. Also regarding marriage or long term relationships. I've been married for over 6yrs my marriage is the easiest part of my life. I was afraid of being committed but he has helped me so much. If you find the right person who is willing to work on things WITH you.. You can have a long lasting relationship. IP: Logged |
