I'm thinking about moving home next year either renting or buying. Jupiter will be in my 7th house and Uranus will be in the 9th house - I'm not so sure this is a good combination. What do you think?

What transits did you move home under or buy property under?

My DOB is 22 October 1978, London, England, 12:30am

Regards,

Daisy

Also look to the asteroid "house"
can be a site indicator of events as well as explain the residence, the home and home life.

I was thinking maybe when Jupiter is in the 4th might be good, however 7th is good for contracts. Ura in 9th - might be a move to a far away place or disruption in legal matters (ie house contracts)! I need to look this up...

I found this that might be of interest. It says that second house with 4th house should be consider for buying property. 2nd-8th house axis is also important as it is to do with your assets and other assets. Buying houses is naturally ruled by venus and mars (also exchange of money). Also look to the 4th house ruler - moon or at the time, the ruler of the fourth and see what state it is in. See of in particular if it is in good aspect to the AC/DC/4th house rulers or anything in them. 7th house rules the other party - so obviously anything in the 7th and its sign will affect the quality of the other party. 7th house jupiter might indicate that they are generous, good natured maybe wealthy even. You of course will be the AC. The book says to strengthen the AC as it will strengthen you bargaining power. Mercury should also be in a good state, unafflicted to allow ease of communication. Also avoid rx mercury.

Hope that helps.

PS it says that to stay in the new home for a long time, try to get fixed sign on the AC-DC axis.

So if you ura is in the 9th when it happens, try to avoid lawyers maybe for the purchase of the house. You might be able to do with but not with the involvement of lawyers.

With 23 on this one.

2nd ruler to 4th ruler for buying the house, which you almost have now (few days)

1st ruler to 4th ruler for moving in.

I think renting probably has a similar astro configuration as buying except 7th house might be even more prominent for it because its an ongoing relationship between lessor and lessee.

The 2nd-8th house axis is to with your property and other people's property. It is to do with buy and sell - and exchange of $ and property.

Well thats interesting, sounds like my natal chart ha ha!

Ura in 7th - friendly distant relationship or chaotic lease?
Moon in 7th - close emotional relationship, maybe the lessor is a motherly type either older female of kindly person?
Pluto 4th - hmmmmm, interesting....
