According to Magi, Juno and Venus connections can be ultimate sexual linkages.

Does the Juno person have power over the Venus person, as Pluto can have power over the Venus person?

If that's the case, the poor Venus person! All they want to do is looooovvvee!!

Well, imho, I think Magi is wrong about Juno. I believe traditional astrology has it right when defining what Juno is about. I believe it is the asteroid of love and marriage.

My personal guess is Juno enhances Venus.

Libra Moon (conjunct Pluto 0º in 2nd house)

Hey Dooza, not sure about Juno, but as far as Pluto goes ... There have been several threads on it, and the more information I gather (and from my own experience), I am not convinced that the Pluto-person is neccessarily the "more influential one", when there's a Synastry-linkage to another person's Venus or so. I guess, rather the opposite is true: The other person's Venus (love power) can strongly influence the Pluto-person - can provoke the Plutoperson's "obsessive" tendencies. In fact, the Puto person might feel more challended by such a linkage! (It is really not only my personal observation, I've read quite a few notes from other people on that as well.)

Pluto hasn't neccessarily the "upper hand". It CAN be that the Venus-force of another person brings you "on your knees" via effecting your own Pluto. ;-)

Venus wants everything handed to her on a platter, just because she's beautiful. Most of the masculine planets bite into this and wine and dine Venus to death - at least where good synastry aspects are concerned.

There may be rivalry between the Venus person and the Juno person - if they are forming a square or opposition. This is probably similar to the Venus/Moon rivalry - so I'm thinking some bitchy-ness and backstabbing are in order.

I definitely wouldn't think that a Juno/Venus aspect would mean the Venus person comes under Juno's spell. Most planets come under Venus' spell.. and all Venus wants to do sometimes is play with people's hearts - not only love them, or not always truly love them.

If you said "all the Moon wants to do is love" - I could see it, since the Moon represents unconditional motherly affection. Venus represents sexual love and usually not unconditional.

PS. Just to add, on the bright side of Libran influenced Venus - these conditions are perfectly fair and just. On the bright side of Taurean influenced Venus, you will always get what you give and vice versa.
But the conditions are there.

CORALFREQUENCY: I guess your observation hits the right spot: Venus has the powe to "play with people's hearts" - I also believe (and had to learn) that the Venus-influence is not always a "nice" one, but can have "mean" traits, or say: "dangerous" traits. It can bring manipulative things, and especially if squaring a person's Jupiter ... can make that person VERY selfish and acting egocentric against other people. So: Venus = not at all the "innocent or pure lover"! Can act greedy.

Dooza - Magi considers Venus/Juno linkages to be felt completely mutually, as an energy between two people more than anything else.

Hi all..
what about mars-juno connections.
my juno trines his mars(exact deg.)
and his juno trines my venus (exact deg)
or we only consider the conjunctions and oppositions?

I agree with you, Got Gemini, on Juno.
And with Alvarella on Venus. Though I don't think poor flirty Venus is all that wicked (not on purpose anyways), I have 2 examples from my life of Saturn opposite Venus, where Venus had the upper hand - unlike what the Magi say, that the Saturn person is the "control person" and has the other person under his/her spell. One relationship lasted 3,5 years, with Venus walking away from Saturn. The other relationship was unrequited love (Venus couldn't love Saturn).

I am beginning to view VENUS as being rather like the Pisces woman in a relationship with a Leo man... here is what l mean

"Leo Man & Pisces Woman

Pisces ladies love to poke fun & giggle at human foibles, but Leo has enough of them to keep her in stitches. She will lead this lion around by his collar, pull his strings, push his buttons and crack the whip when necessary. This big cat will get as soppy as a puppy dog. Then, one day, he will observe her giggles and suddenly understand what they mean. Poached fish will be on the menu that night .." (Source: AquarianAge Romance )
