Topic: so.. are we supposed to BE our draconic chart then?

i am a huge believer in the north node.. and i don't know much about draconic charts. but since it puts the NN at 0' aries, it seems only logical that it is arranging our chart in such a way that supports acting from our NN first and foremost. i haven't yet come to understand how this works, or even if it does, but intuitionally (or maybe, naively) it makes me think that if i allowed myself to act from my draconic chart, i would be behaving more from my NN, and consequently, would be "on path".so i'm really curious how other people use their draconic charts, or if anyone has any articles that explain them in more depth. it puts my sun/merc/mars stellium in leo, my moon in sag, and my rising and venus in cancer, so it all sounds very fun, and like i'm supposed to be self empowered and sweet to the world. also puts my jupiter conjunct my natal sun, so that is cool. i like this idea but first i want to know if it's wise. it's my saturn return now, so i need to be wise. thoughts? ohh.. i just read dark dreamer's thread. so draconic is PAST lives? i'm confused. NN is supposed to be about how to balance past lives.. wouldn't a draconic-ish chart with SN as 0' aries be about past lives, and NN be more about future, or evolution?IP: Logged |

Actually I think that the oppositions in the Draconics would indicate strong past-live-connections (because if we calculated the Draco with the SN on 0° Aries, those oppositions would become the conjunctions, the meeting points).But the nodal axis itself seems to reflect both, where we come from and where we go to.
