Ah me and Saturn...it natally opposes my Sun and conjuncts my Uranus so as you can imagine i LOVEEEE IT....NOT...lol...It is transiting my 11th house (and my bfs 7th)...So i was complaining about his 7th transit for a nice year in 2006 now im back to me...as fun as it is to loose all your friends at the time when you need them most, its even more fun to discover that they were all fake...and I am a social one...I know hundreds upon hundreds of people and all seem to be full of....well...not words for LL...But what I didn't expect is that with this Saturnian destruction of everything thats fake (which i have grown to appreciate this year despite the heavy losses) my best friend of 8 years would be on the edge of going with it...I am finding that very hard...we have been best friends for a long time but live in different cities since college so our interactions have been limited but generally fun...This summer though...this summer it has gone to hell and back. She is back home for the first time in 3years and I am noticing some changes which I really dislike...and the change in me is that I don't want to deal with it anymore... I don't know if we are going to stop being friends...but I can confidently say that this Saturn transit has cut our previously flawless friendship like a knife...I want to put up our synastry and composite, any insight would be greatly appreciated and as always thanks for listening guys.

It will be Square my Sun at the same time so you won't be alone.

Letting go of outworn friendships can be painful, the 180 degrees thread reminded me of an unpleasant learning experience I had on this topic. Still, there are plenty of other people left on the planet as potential friends of the future. The older I get the more unusual my friendships are ~ with big age gaps and people you wouldn't think I have anything in common with at all. But I like that (Uranus in 11th).

The combination of Venus OPP Moon and Saturn OPP Sun on the synastry is quite unsympathetic.

Blue Moon - thank you. I know its true and it does definitely make me stronger. But I was writing the thread mid fight so I was a bit emo. But the truth is its been a pretty hard few years and every time there is some sunshine it just gets beaten down by something else. I know i know...this too shall pass

Not exactly astrology related but that's the way of the world.

Majority of people out there are just out to have fun and are looking out for themselves first and foremost. They're just along for the joyride and once sh*t hits the fan you won't see 95% of them around.

Pretty much why I've turned into a hermit. There's the close pack that'll always be true friends.

If she really is your best friend, you two will go with the flow and accept things as they come and get over your arguments and remain friends.

Taurus- that is very true but when you know someone for 8 years to be completely different its disappointing to say the least to discover they are not. I really hope we will but right now i am getting tired of it all

Hey Dulce, what degree of Virgo is your moon? I know you're a fellow Cancer Sun / Virgo Mooner. My Sun is 15'31 Cancer and my Moon is 4'20 Virgo so transit Saturn has been conjunct my Moon - in the 7th House - for all this time too. Transit Saturn is also conjuncting my natal 7th house 3'41 Virgo S Node and opposing my natal 1st house 3'41 N Node. Ouch! (Transit Mars is in the 6th degree of Virgo so though the aspects are seperating - as are those aspects of transit Saturn - transit Mars is conjuncting my Moon and S Node and opposing my N Node too. For you asteroid lovers, transit Aura is at 6 degrees Virgo too.)

Since transit Saturn entered my 7th House my relationship with my best friend (female) has completely crumbled. My relationship with my mother has also taken a bad turn. The 7th House occupation is manifesting as a testing period in my marriage (so far my husband and I are passing the tests and our bond and commitment to each other is getting stronger).

Now that Saturn has moved into the 5th degree of Virgo I have in store for me: a conjunction with my natal 7th House Virgo Vesta at 8 degrees, a conjunction with my natal 7th House Virgo Vertex at 10 degrees and finally a conjunction with my natal 8th House Virgo Pluto at 24 degrees.

I'll leave oppositions, squares, trines and sextiles out of it or this post will go on forever.

But...if you want to bring midpoints and Draconics into it there are a lot more transit Saturn conjunctions, currently and coming up. It is/will be conjunct: my 7th House Sun/Jupiter midpoint at 5 degrees, my 6th House Draconic Sun/Moon midpoint at 6 degrees, my 7th House Venus/Pluto midpoint at 9 degrees, my Draconic DSC at 11 degrees, my 7th House ASC/Chiron midpoint at 12 degrees, my 7th House Moon/Pluto midpoint at 14 degrees, my 7th House Draconic Sun/Pluto midpoint along with my 7th House Psyche/Eros midpoint at 16 degrees, my 7th House Pluto/Vertex midpoint at 17 degrees, my 7th House Draconic Lilith along with my 7th House Moon/Uranus midpoint and my 7th House Draconic DNA at 19 degrees, then at 21 degrees transit Saturn will conjunct my Sun/MC midpoint, my Sun/Neptune midpoint, my Draconic Venus, my Draconic Sun/Uranus midpoint - all in the 7th House, at 22 degrees it will conjunct my 7th House Chiron/N Node midpoint and my 7th House Mercury/MC midpoint. At 23 degrees it will conjunct my 7th House Draconic Lunar Apogee. At 24 degrees it will conjunct my natal 8th House Pluto along with my 7th House Draconic True Black Moon Lilith. Then at 25 degrees it will conjunct my 8th House Mars/MC midpoint.

That's transit Saturn.

Currently I have my natal Saturn "under attack" by a couple of hard hitting transits - squares with transit N Node and Chiron, and a conjunction with transit Pallas (that one is ok because I'm an artist and I feel positive benefits from it).

Anyway, we all know Saturn is a very powerful planet and it is certainly hitting me on many levels. But having a natal earthy Taurus Saturn I've always liked the planet for the most part - I had a great Saturn Return, for example. Saturn doesn't just destroy things that no longer work (which is a good thing, in my book!), it also creates order and practicality and it builds truly solid foundations - all which my Virgo stellium loves!

Omigod Dulce! I haven't seen you in ages! How have you been? LOl know what you mean. My mom and I are both Scorpio moons...nuff said...mines conjunct Pluto...her sun is conjunct Pluto and shes a Scorpio ASC too...Leo Sun...yeaa.....

All this sounds awfully painful. I always complain about Saturn but thats because my Saturn transits are almost always in bad aspect to Pluto. I.E. Saturn is soon going to form a t_Square with my Sun/Saturn opposition...and tPluto is conjunct my natal Saturn and opposing my Sun...and soon Saturn will hit my chiron
