Topic: What's up with this Old Man Saturn and Health?

We have had many discussions on Saturn in Virgo here already. But, it seems I need to start the new thread here. It seems the Old Man Saturn is giving me hard time with my health now.2 months ago, I felt pain in my Wrist nerves because of too much typing. OK. So, went to a Chiropractor and went to Gym almost every other day. Also ran on treadmill 5 days a week. After so much of Hardwork at Gym, several therapies etc etc, my Nerves recovered along with Herbal, Vitamin etc boost. I was feeling really nice and all excited with this new life at Gym. BUT then, got Toothache and infection in one of the teeth last week. So, all that hard work going to Gym, I couldn't do because the Old Man was giving me pain in my teeth and face. Couldn't even speak for a day. Couldn't eat much. OK. So, again worked hard like a dog to remove this pain - Took Antibiotics to Garlic remedies to everything in between. Shrugged off any pain and continued to work just hard hard and hard for any and every details required to remove the pain. Now, the pain has reduced and should go away soon. BUT BUT BUT, how is the Old Man treating you in Virgo.. Is there a message sent from him that work hard on your Health and Details until I go to Libra? And, then, we shall talk about hard work in Relationships?
FYI. The Old Man is in my 3rd House in Virgo. It is conjunct NN. And, Sextile Most of the planets and only Square my Neptune.

Relationships and hard work go hand in hand, don't they? Health (edit) I've thought about this one ~ maybe this could be the time the frequently predicted 'flu pandemic hits the globe? Otherwise, it is business as usual. If you live on a small, damp, overcrowded island and you walk about in public you can expect to catch minor viral ailments. They do seem to have increased in the last few years but that could be having children that's made me notice that. Other aches and pains go with life and getting older. Sadly, serious illnesses are always going to be about, and again, with an aging population (at least here) the chances of knowing someone with cancer or something else serious is going to increase as you get older. Saturn in Virgo is coinciding with the credit crunch, it could be a time where people take stock and think about their diet. There are plenty of minor ailments about that can be assisted with better diet and care for the health in general. Sorry to be crass but I do know people who moan about dietary problems, which they wouldn't have if they didn't lack fibre in their diet. Stop moaning and eat some fruit! IP: Logged |

Is Saturn transiting through your 6th, 8th or 12th house? When Saturn affects us negatively, it usually indicates some karma, so you're having health problems, it is probably due to past carelessness on your part. If you've been neglecting your body and your health, Saturn transit into those house can indicate payback time. With Saturn, you have to work hard at undoing the damage. IP: Logged |

When saturn was going thru my 6th, I lost 30 pounds, and quit smoking. I also starting eating healthier. I think the best thing I did was quitting smoking. Ive noticed saturn in virgo transit has made it easier to maintain my weight, sun being natally in virgo.IP: Logged |

Funny Belage says that ~ one of my friends with health problems right now used the expression 'payback time'. At least he is honest that the amount of booze he has tanked down and the additional substances he has indulged in are the main cause of his body failing now. Though the irony is there is a suspicion there is a serious illness underneath that might be due to conditions in his working environment. I find it hard to drag karma and payback into that, he's always worked hard despite his lifestyle choices. IP: Logged |

I agree it was Karma and I didn't work out for long time. I also developed Wine and Whisky drinking hobby. So, the whole body had weakened. Alcohol is gone after I got sick.Hmm, But okay, so what can you do to please this Old Man? Am I supposed to work out very hard and pay attention to details? I have natally Saturn in Virgo - The past 11 months - EVER SINCE the last week of August have been really tough and for the past 5 months I have had to deal with health issue that just came to the surface - I even had a mini-surgery and I am still not 100% top shape as between working very long hours, studying in my free time and trying to feel healthy I find myself a lot more stressed than usual.....I am also going through my very first Saturn Return and nothing feels the same for me - I think my outlook on everything is changing altogether...... I also have my Moon in Pisces - can anyone please provide me some insight into how this affects me since my Saturn is in Virgo and I am going through my Saturn Return? IP: Logged |

Hi,
As I know Saturn in 3rd has nothing with teeth's to do.
Do you have Solar Return for this year? If there is Saturn in the 1st house then you can have problems with your teeth's. But only one year.
Other thing: I understand Gym but not chiropractor. To him you should go every week once. That is enough. I know very well chiropractors.

Saturn Return can bring good and bad things:
somebody gets married; somebody gets job; somebody loses his job (I have lost my job, because my Saturn is in 10th house).
It depends from the house position as also from the aspects. If there are only good aspects then can happen something very good during Saturn Return.------------------

I hear you mblover. I will elaborate later but I am about to get hospitalized for a blood transfusion because the doctors don't understand why I can still walk with a blood level of 4.5.I am not too happy about that. More blood tests were done on me today because the doctors think there is something wrong which they can't pick up. Now they are checking my thyroid again. My body feels unlike mine. It sucks. I told the Docs though to postpone that trip to the hospital for a month from now because for some reason I don't feel like I am going to die quite yet, but the way they are talking one would swear that I have one foot in the grave. I dont think saturn transits have anything to do with saturns natal aspects because saturn is in good aspect to all my natal planets and when saturn went over my MC and trined saturn and pluto and sextile venus i went crazy and got sick and depressed and a million other things. I have virgo rising its going to conjunct my asc and square my moon and neptune and im gonna cry thinking about it already lol My solar return chart has saturn in 12th too conjunct mars but i will just take out some really good health fund lol ------------------

I have read through some on Health and Saturn. I will write more but need my wrist nerves fixed so that I can type. I didn't work out for only two weeks because of my teeth pain and now the pain came back into wrist nerves. After carefully reading about it, I have come to conclusion that Nerves are controlled by Mercury/3rd house/Gem/Virgo. So, need to work hard on pleasing mercury and make friends with Saturn. Ohhh Saturn, thank you for making me work hard and still making me feel disppointed. I will pray and feed to a Goat soon. I hope you will hear me.1. Saturn return - take care of health parts associated with your house and sign 2. Sun conj Saturn transit - bad bad bad - need to work very hard - control on your House and Sun's energies. (Avoid surgeries in this timeframe, if possible. I am not a medical doctor! Unmoved, you might want to check this because you are a Virgo) 3. Saturn opp Moon Transit - bad bad bad - emotional energies get drained inside - unexpected control - self expessions go down - and memory power reduces. I disagree with you heavily. There is no payback time, and your post looks like irresponsible scaremongering for me. I have Saturn transiting my 12th house, and it's not bad at all.
