In my usual obsession with physiognomy, I've come to the conclusion that Zach Braff might be a sco rising with neptune in 1st and maybe Christian Bale might be something like Aries AC (although he isn't classic aries rising, which might be case as his mars would fall in tau).

Do you have any opinions on these two or any more you'd like to add?

if you can see an aries influence in christian bale, he has aries moon. he looks more scorpionic to me - just purely on appearance.

Yeah could be that - never thought of it, I have to have another look at him. I didn't think he was quite Aries AC but close.

Yeah I think you're right. He's got those upturned eyes that sco acs have and doesn't to have fire. Look at someone like Unmoved, she has similar eyes to him. Sometimes its hard to tell the difference between a stare (sco) and confrontational look (aries) in a photo, lol! Sorry about the large photo...

oh, please don't apologise for a large pic of christian bale! hey, no issues with that. lol!

if you look at him in movies - you can see that stare that he gives like he can see right into you and cut through you at the same time. very scorpio to me. it's not just his eyes - it's his whole face - entire demeanour - even his mouth.

Actually another thing is that he does not have a down turned mouth which Aries people have.

Also another sco rising is Bryan Ferry, I was watching a dvd of Roxy back in '79 and his eyes were so radioactive in the dvd. Have you also seen that photo of him I think on Siren where he's dressed up as a GI and the two girls hanging of him - it's just this tiny pic and I can feel him boring through me with his eyes.

lol! angry and sexed up at the same time. deep passion perhaps? or lusty passion maybe more like it? the mystery.

christian always looks like he's got torture happening behind his eyes, to me. if you look at recent pictures of him, there's no spark in his eyes.

Actually the dude looked like a leo version of Zach. He too had nep in 1st like Zach if Zach is Sco AC

Admittedly, I think thats the reason why Zach is very attractive to me (apart from the fact we have good synastry). Notice the facial shapes common through all three men and a bit in the eyes too?

Hi ladies!

I don't see Aries in this Zach fellow . Dunno what I see... Sag maybe? Cancer? He looks fluffy.
But I agree on Christian Bale being Scorpio rising. I have a Scorpio Sun friend that has similar eyes and facial bones. I'm thinking he's Aries Asc (my friend). It's quite a combo (Aries and Scorpio) - I wouldn't turn my back on these fellows... they can bite! And sting LOL.

PA, why the hell didn't we mention Christian Bale on the celeb threads??!

hmmm, I think the aries in z is the sun. The reason why I say he's sco rising is that he looks a lot like the leo-sco ac that I know. He's jowly like him and has a very similar demeanour. If he was sco ac, nep would be in the 1st which would give him the same paleness as the guy I know and nebulity of his appearance.

Zach Braff doesn't look intense at all, so I disagree with the Scorpio assessment. I would guess Sag both based on looks and personality. He's got Saggie's trademark protruding bottom lip (If I didn't know he was an Aries I'd guess Sag right away just on the basis of that lip), and he acts somewhat like a Sag in Scrubs. In fact, it was a Sag friend of mine who first said I should check out that show (to be fair it was a Sag with Scorp rising).

I would also say that he appears generally flexible in personality. If he were a Scorp Asc, he would appear somewhat composed or fixed. Instead, I think it looks like he's ready to go with the flow if need be.

Come to think of it, theoretically if he had a Sag Ascendant, then he could have a 5th house Sun. The 5th is ruled by Leo. You can go two ways with that. The 5th signifies a certain amount of creativity, which Zach has certainly shown an affinity for, or you can look at the fact that Leo's make great actors, so having his Sun there would lend well to that.

i agree about scorpy - definitely not scorp. he's a bit whimsical. i don't really like him. loved his voicing of chicken little though - great job. and he's absolutely hysterical in scrubs - but then, they all are on that show.

Z just might have jupiter in the 1st - the guys copying me.

I seem to go a lot for other aries ac so it might be that. Sco ac give me another feeling - a forbidding feeling, with z, I get a feeling of buoyancy so I guess we should never rule it out. I can't see pisces rising to make it jupiter in the 1st
