Be it the sun or moon. I have a few Aries friends who have a lot of scorpio friends/aquaintances that they deem as their good close companions.

Is this correct? I have noriced also through myself (having scorpio moon, mars amongst others) that I attract Aries men or men with their moon in aries.

Any thoughts?

I think the reason why aries has sco friends is because they are cousins - both ruled by mars (pluto also rules sco though), so I guess there is some understanding there between them.

I am aries rising (with jup on the asc). Part of my 7th house falls in sco too. I find both aries and sco attractive (esp the risings). So if you have anything in your chart (ie a bit of sco, aries or even the opposite), or any of these signs fall in sensitive houses like 1st, 5th, 7th or 8th, you'll find them attractive.

Also I've noticed a tight affinity between gemini and virgo despite them being squares, there's a lot of couples with these two signs and parent-children with these two signs.

As for libra-tau, not really sure. I haven't to my knowledge seen too many of them together. Sco and aries both have some level of passion and intensity, virgo-gem are both mercurial but I guess tau is earth and libra is air to maybe its just a bit too hard to relate.

My Sun is in Aries.

I like the Scorpios I know/have known, but I wouldn't say I'm fascinated. I'm never sexually attracted either.

It's more of a friendship bond to me and usually good communication/mutual understanding.

I'm usually fascinated by Pisceans (they represent the 12th house of dreams - for Aries). I have loads of Pisceans in my life and not so many Scorpios.

Thanks for the post guys. I have more understanding now. 23 I think your right. I forgot that Scorpio's original ruler was mars, so I guess I can see how they can relate to one another, even if it is jus in a friendship.

I have definately noticed the virgo gemini relation. I think Virgo's are very fascinated with Gemini's. I have a friend who mainly hangs around gemini's or people with gemini moon, or ascendant. She has a virgo moon (capricorn sun taurus rising) but she always seems to talk to gemini's or gemini's talk to her and she listens!!!! lol

You got Sun in Capricorn which should be in conflict with planets in Aries.

With your Aries mates being friends with Scorpios, it will more likely be planets in Pisces or Taurus. Much more to it than Sun/Moon/AC but they are the main players.

Oh yea, Aries is likely to be fascinated by Scorpio. While Aries can be bad, Scorpio is gangsta.

Aries is ruled by Mars.

Scorpio is ruled by Pluto. Pluto is like Mars to the 10th degree. Theoretically, Scorpio can kick Aries' arse. lol.

Actually, Blossom, a scorpio might possibly be the best match for... you.

The Moon sign is always a critical consideration for emotional affinity, particularly since it is the natural compliment of a partner's Sun sign. So it goes, I feel a conjunction of these two is perhaps the best aspect between two people. Some people, including myself, grant slightly more beneficence if it is a woman's Moon in conjunction with a man's Sun.

Also, among many of Mars' properties, it is traditionally regarded as the symbolic energy force needing support in a woman's chart (as Venus is for men). But any significant Mars or Venus activity is crucial for both sexes in relationships.

I don't know. Isn't there a difference between being mates and being fascinated?

I have a Pisces Mercury/Jupiter/MC/Karma and Vesta.. and my Mars is in Capricorn conjunct Neptune AND Moon is in Capricorn also.

But it's always a friendship, never an attraction. Maybe it has something to do with my SN in Scorpio. Maybe Scorpio feels too familiar in a sense, so the intrigue isn't there.
I have however felt an attraction with Venus in Scorpio (but he was a Libra Sun) and Mars in Scorpio (he is a Leo).

I have inner arguments between my Aries Sun and Scorpio Pluto. I think Scorpio wins more often. Luckily my Mars in Capricorn is sextile Pluto – so it's not all war lol

With actual Scorpios – we always get along so there's no war there either.

But in synastry – I have to say the most explosive aspect to have with someone is Mars opposite Pluto. I was the Pluto. I don't really know who won. I was trying to let Mars do whatever, ignore him, and be "the mature" one, but things did get insane at times.

im aries sun, scorpio moon

and i don't have a fascination with scorpios...or any scorpio friends...i once dated a scorpion, but it ended swiftly. i think scorpios are more intrigued by aries, from my experience
