Hmmmm...let's see exactly what I'm up against with this Solar Eclipse....

I have Moon and Mercury in Leo. (as well as Ceres, Pallas, Juno and Cupid) And let me see...what else? Oh yeah....this eclipse hits my Sun/Moon midpoint and my Uranus bang on at 9 Leo.

If you guys hear about an explosion in Florida.... you'll know it was me.

I wish I was having a great time, but I am still getting over last week.

Should I be feeling fantastic? What will the eclipse bring? Will it be felt sooner or later?

The person who hurt me last week, has Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Pluto in Leo, Moon in Aries. (Their Uranus is 1 degree away from Leo).

Have you ever seen so much Leo before???

As much as I usually love Leos (esp. being one myself), I doubt if I will ever like this Leo again.

I'm not a Leo, but I do have my Moon in Leo.

The last month and a half has been really tough. My mom's been in the ICU. I just checked if she has anything in Leo, and I see that she has Pluto (in her 8th house) conjunct my MC.

Jane, your mom knows she is loved by her family. No matter what happens, she knows that and she has that. I'm really sorry this is happening to you. I recently lost a family member, so I'm not exactly on the happy side of the rainbow either.

I wish I were grieving. I'm sort of in denial, ignoring the pain, which is worse for me. This came in my life after a series of other unfortunate news and events and I find myself unable to deal with it properly.

About being in denial...you'd probably agree that the psyche knows how much we can handle at once and will organize what we pay attention to. When the time is right for you to mourn your loss, it will happen. I'm sorry things have been so hard for you lately. Makes you want to trade in your Cappy Asc for something lighter, doesn't it? I can relate a little, since my Scorpio Asc is in the Cap dwad. If I see someone selling a Libra Asc on eBay, I'll put a bid in for you.

koiflower - Ah yes, finding the right words. One thing I've learned in the last couple months is that "the right words" are way overrated. The people who've been with me through this and visiting my mom have had my heart overflowing with love and gratitude. From them I've learned that it's just about being there. Just sharing a moment with someone is what really matters, you know? But I know what you mean about feeling lost. Because I've worried about the same thing myself. I'd think, usually I can be articulate (if not even eloquent ) and yet when someone is in pain, I communicate like a neanderthal: You in pain, me sorry, me help you heal. ::gives clumsy hug::.

It's so weird for me to see you here this morning. Last night I almost started a thread entitled "Jane" to see if anyone had heard from you. I went through the same thing with my Mom and I'm so sorry.
