Pluto is current opposing my midpoint of sun/moon...Im not really sure what it means and never really looked into midpoint transits, but I do think Sun/Moon midpoint is significant in a chart....any thoughts on what it could mean are welcomed, even if youre not sure.IP: Logged |

Sun/Moon is about relationships. oppositions bring awareness. pluto transform things; something needs to end so that something new can begin.you may become aware of some sort of problems in your relationships and may decide to change things dramatically. if you are currently in a relationship, it will be affected. if it's not supporting your growth, it may end. if you reject and deny what needs to happen, if you hold on to keeping things as they are, there will be a lot of pain and they will change against your will. Pluto is currently retrograde - so if there atre several hits to your Sun/Moon (Pluto direct conj, Pluto retro conj, Pluto direct again conj it) that tells me you're fighting against chnging things, you weren't quite ready to acknowledge what was wrong the first time Pluto hit, and you're going through some sort of deeeper change process. if there's no relationship in your life, all this could be about your skills, ability or interest in rel. I ended a 9 years long rel when Pluto conj my Sun/Moon.I wasn't aware at the time 'why' I had that inner drive to end it, change, why I wanted something else. Conjunctions don't have any awareness, just power. You're lucky I woke up one day amazed of what I had done. I had to trace nack my steps, try to figure out why the heck. there was no future, I wasn't happy, he was all wrong for me. good luck! IP: Logged |

From Noel Tyl's midpoint interpretation:"Pluto=Sun/Moon - Potential new perspective in relationship; critical time of development; separation to start anew." It could be all of those or one or a combination. Geocosmic Valentine ------------------ "Everybody is a star!" Sly & The Family Stone IP: Logged |

Hi Vesta-Sister,Noel Tyl's re-interpretation of Reinhardt Ebertin's midpoint definitions can be found in both of his books: "Synthesis & Counseling in Astrology: The Professional Manual" and "Solar Arcs: Astrology's Most Successful Predictive System" You should also get Don McBroom's book: "Midpoints" IP: Logged |
