I've been thinking about Juno and Psyche again recently, both in terms of synastry and transits. I decided to look back into previous relationships to see if I could find some new patterns and I found something interesting in regards to my relationship with my ex boyfriend.

I'd LOVE some help in interpreting the pattern. I studied the first meeting chart versus the chart which signifies the end of our association and I noticed some interesting patterns regarding Psyche, Eros, Juno, Vertex and North Node. Also a bit of Valentine.

What do you guys make of this???

Our Synastry:
* My Juno conjunct his Vertex
* My NN conjunct his Juno
* My Vertex conjunct his Psyche
* His Anti-Vertex conjunct my Valentine
* My Psyche conjunct his South Node

Beginning: Tr. Psyche conjunct MY Juno
Ending: Tr. Psyche conjunct HIS Juno

Beginning: Tr. Psyche conjunct HIS Vertex
Ending: Tr. Vertex conjunct MY Psyche

Beginning: Tr. Eros conjunct MY Vertex
Tr. Eros conjunct HIS Psyche

Ending: Tr. NN conjunct HIS Eros
Tr. Psyche conjunct MY NN

Beginning: Tr. Valentine conjunct HIS NN
Tr. NN conjunct MY Valentine

Ending: Tr. Vertex conjunct HIS Valentine
Tr. Valentine conjunct MY ASC.

There are actually a bunch of Isis/Osiris patterns here too, as well as Jupiter, Amor and others. But just to keep it sort of simple for now, that's what I see.

Is there something to be made of this other than being mere evidence of destiny, karma etc?

I wish I could offer you interps, Love, but I haven't studied a whole lot on the meaning of asteroids in transit. I would definitely say it's quite a lot to be considered a coincidence, especially since those particular ones were so significant throughout.

Fascinating!

Hmmmmm...what if you just thought about it like a synastry thing??

Aww, thanks anyhow EighthMoon. Yeah, I definitley know it's significant, but since Juno is called into question so much with Magi and Vertex is considered an alternate Descendant it's made me a tad confused about how to see the bigger picture here.

keep the good study up, Love. I have noticed amazing connections with asteroids, and I have found that Juno has played quite a role for me in relationships. (Sexual in my account).

Have you noticed that certain placements pertain to different types of attraction? Or even a combination of placements can leave quite an impression.

I'm still sifting through synastry stuff to understand the 'why' and 'how' of attraction.

Interesting stuff!!

koiflower, i totally agree! In fact, I was never a fan of Magi until my last relationship when I realized that Juno was showing up in our charts in a very sexualized way. (Plus his Juno is in H8/Scorpio and mine is in H5/Virgo, so that doesn't help matters.)

Anyhow, thanks for that. I feel a little bit vindicated.

Well, let me add one thing that I have noticed. There are definitely "themes" to relationships, and I think that will show up with the asteroids. Name asteroids, of course...but also the relationship itself.

Psyche is big with me, but may not be for someone else. I know the Vertex is a biggie too since so many people have had that experience. In my case, it hasn't been triggered much in synastry. I'm sure if I checked transits on important dates, I'd find all kinds of connections!

I never had Eros/Psyche connections within orb, but when I read the descriptions that give what the synastry is like strictly based on signs, it's uncanny. I checked into every relationship combination I've had and it is spot on, in my case. (Mystic Medusa's book is called Sun Signs and Soul Mating.)

Obviously Juno is huge between you and your guy. And the fact that you found the Psyche transit signifying the beginning and ending is actually quite amazing. It makes perfect sense with the Vertex as well. That point is called destiny's gate...and it was triggered for the entrance and exit of your relationship.

Were you two together long? And do you see him entering your life again?

Thanks so much for your response 8th

Yes, Juno is definitely a biggie between us.
As far as personal name asteroids go, this is what we have (He is "M" and I am "C"):

"M" asteroid in HIS chart is conjunct MY Eros and Jupiter.

"M" asteroid in MY chart is conjunct Saturn in HIS chart.

"C" asteroid in HIS chart is conjunct HIS Valentine and Osiris and all of these are conjunct MY Isis. (Therefore we also have Isis conjunct Osiris.)

"C" asteroid in MY chart conjuncts MY own Psyche (at 0 degree orb) and falls in HIS 5th house and is conjunct HIS South Node and square HIS Psyche. (So we also have Psyche square Psyche.)

And on a less important note, we have a double whammy of Lust conjunct the Ascendant. (And I say unimportant only because I don't need any asteroid to tell me how attracted I am to him).

We were only together as a couple for 6 months but I tried for a year after to that stay friends with him because he begged me to try. I recently 'de-friended' him because I realized that I was never going to fall out of love with him otherwise. He was very upset, but that's how it goes.

So, no, I definitely don't think I'll be speaking to him ever again. I have no intention of putting myself in that place for even a minute more of my life.

I do wonder about the Juno connections most of all. Since Juno is supposed to siginify marriage, and he's the only guy I've ever truly wanted to marry, it makes me lean more towards Magi's interpretation of things.

I've never been a big fan of Magi, mostly due to the typical reasons (too fatalistic, etc.) but I've really noticed Magi placements playing out in the charts of my intimate relationships over the past few years and so now I am less sure about traditional Juno interpretations.

In synastry, my Juno trines his NN and my NN conjuncts his Juno. So, I'm flummoxed.

I just went back to 2002 and looked at the transits around the time that I broke up with my boyfriend of 7 years. This relationship ending marked the beginning of Vertex-influenced relationships, and maybe Juno ones as well.

I'll have to look into that.

So, in December of 2002 transiting Juno conjuncted my Vertex and Psyche (loosely) conjuncted my NN and that's when I noticed all of these potent connections beginning.

Ok, I just noticed something odd, but fascinating.

In all of the relationships in which I was deeply invested (in loooove), my Juno does not conjunct a single thing in their charts. Conversely, their Junos all conjunct something in my chart: Neptune, Karma, Valentine and North Node.

In almost all of the relationships where I never fell in love, or where I really loved the guy but knew in my heart it could never go anywhere, my Juno does conjunct an important planet, point or asteroid in their charts: Saturn, Psyche, Vertex, North Node, Mars.

Then there are two relationships which lasted 6 months each (I have a lot of those) which were unique in that we have Juno conjunct Juno, although loosely.

Man, I love patterns!! Even when I can't interpret them.
